I’ve tipped these bartenders over 50 dollars in the past month August just started and I was banned for defending myself from someone attacking me along with verbally assaulting me calling me a tramp…. Love it because the instigator is still in the bar joke must be on me (:

Drinks are amazing! The food is delicious! We always have a great time when we come here. Tyler and Dylan are the hostess the mostest! Also their chicken nuggets are so good, especially with all of the sauces they offer. 10/10!!

I’m currently trying to reach management regarding a customer safety incident involving an underage member of our FIFA group who was allegedly overserved and later reported being sexually assaulted. The complete lack of response from management raises serious concerns about this establishment’s commitment to guest safety, responsible alcohol service, and accountability.

After 15 years of coming to Alexandre’s, tonight was enough to ensure I’ll never return. I approached the bar to order another drink and was immediately met with a hostile, confrontational attitude from a bartender (I believe his name was Geoff). He falsely accused me of invading another customer’s space when the customer wasn’t even present. Instead of attempting to de-escalate the situation, he became aggressive, intimidating, and completely unprofessional. I left feeling targeted, unsafe, and unwelcome. Whether this was implicit bias, discrimination, or simply terrible customer service, the experience was unacceptable. Management should seriously evaluate how customers are being treated because this interaction reflected a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. I cannot recommend this establishment, especially to people of color.
