The stove was half functional, the shower was barely functional, and the manager is not human.

Pretty laid back and quiet place not much traffic like some of the others around the city metro but washers and dryers available also

Not sure what others are referring to with complaints. I have been here for almost a year and have had barely any issues and the issues I have had have been resolved as soon as possible. The staff is friendly. Constance is awesome she is GREAT. Sweet woman and extremely helpful.

This is the third time that I staid in this hotel and obviously I am satisfied with the service.check in is always easy and fast, rooms are clean and organized, no roches, everything works properly, very quite and safe, location is very convenient easy reach to stores. Mr.steve the manager is very polite and helpful and mr.Tony the maintenance is nice and knowledgeable very royal to his profession. Cleaning crow are very polite and efficient. Overall I highly recommend this hotel for the people looking to stay in edmond.

The staff is super nice. They were very accommodating for my service animal with my seizures. I could live at this motel. I definitely recommend it 10 out of 10.

They scam people out of money they would kick people out and say they can't give a refund back I've watched that happen myself I paid for an extra week and the day of for it to restart I told him that I want to move and they refuse to give me my refund back and I don't think that's fair the rules there are very harsh I don't recommend anybody going there unless you desperate. I recommend day by day pain because the weekly pay yes you get a deal but if you pay for a week they kick you out you don't get your money back if you paid for a week and you need to leave for emergency or something you don't get your money back you waste a lot of money you place like this. They are definitely not pet friendly.
