I found this little gem in the trees when my friend and I were hunting for lodging close to a wedding venue this summer. What a gem this B&B really is. We’ve never stayed at a B&B before, and we didn’t expect all that this great little place has to offer. The room was spectacular. Great accommodations! Perfect views of the trees both inside the room and outside on the 2 decks. Every inch of this property offers peace and quiet. There’s heated floors which we appreciated at night, comfortable king bed, dual shower heads in the bathroom, and such great character with little knick knacks in the best spots. Our room was detailed with such great wood features (wood from their own land!) Great little hiking trail that loops around the property down to the street and back. Breakfasts were gourmet. Every morning was a treat to sit down with Beth to enjoy fresh coffee and her great dishes. She is such a kind hearted lady with great care and interest in her guests. And also has great knowledge of the surrounding areas. We enjoyed getting to know her during our stay and feel as if we left with a new family member. Beth we will absolutely be back to visit and thank you so much for sharing your home to make our stay so wonderful! Take care!
We had the most amazing stay at Beth’s BnB. What a beautiful spot out in the trees, we woke up to fog and the sun peeking through, then Beth made us a delicious breakfast and we got to chat with her for quite awhile. I had originally booked the Cedar Room but the guests in the top floor canceled, so we were the only ones there and Beth let us stay in the large room upstairs. It was lovely and I would recommend everyone stay here for the location, the host, and just a beautiful little spot that Beth and Mark built together.
I'm from Minnesota in the cities and when I went to Eugene with my bestie we stayed here at this amazing little slice of heaven! It is so peaceful and serine, you're surrounded by the woods, hills, and valley and it just put my tired mind at ease. Beth is an incredible hostess. Her breakfests and morning conversations were wonderful, beyond expectations! We were the only ones at the B&B for most of our week-long stay so we were able to leave our room unlocked if we wanted and that Pacific Yew suite was beautiful! It all felt like home. Our last night there we went into the town of Creswell, bought snacks and meat pies and baked goodies, went back to our room and just relaxed. It was the most peaceful trip I've ever had!
Mark and Beth have created such a spectacular place for their guests. It is the perfect balance of a rustic aesthetic with modern sensibilities. It is serene, private, clean and meditative. I so deeply enjoyed sitting on the porch with a cup of tea, listening to the wide variety of local birds. My husband and I plan to return as soon as possible! We really loved talking to Mark and Beth over breakfast because they are such warm, friendly and down-to-earth people. The food that they provided was also delicious and they even accommodated our Vegetarian diet!
If you want a place with top-notch accommodations, hospitality, natural beauty, and peace and quiet, THIS IS IT! If we had known how wonderful it would be, we would have planned for a longer stay! In the Yew Suite, we felt like we were living in a modern tree house, surrounded by woods and wonderful views of the mountains. The private, wrap-around deck, afforded us good conversation and warm cups of tea under the stars. The woodwork (done by the owner) throughout the suite was incredible. (Check out his saw mill onsite!) And speaking of the owners - Beth and Mark were tremendous hosts. Beth gave us a warm welcome and tour upon our arrival, and Mark prepared a fantastic breakfast the next morning. We hated to leave, but were so glad we had the opportunity to stay.
