Eureka Matterhorn Towers

Well this was the coolest hotel I’ve stayed at in a while. Somewhere in between a chateau castle and a village ski resort the style was so unique. Clean, comfortable, and super affordable for everything you get.

Only stayed for one night, but I will come back! Chris and Vicky were lovely; so welcoming and were there to make our stay comfortable. Thank you!

Had a great stay. Pet friendly. Owner was friendly and went above and beyond. We plan on returning at a later date.

We love this place, old world charm, locally owned, and the friendliest owner, who always makes you feel like family.

Great price for what we needed. We booked last minute (a week prior) and didn't really know what to expect, but the stay was fine. Check-in was easy, professional/friendly, and everything was accurate. It's a 10 minute walk to the heart of downtown Eureka Springs (99.9% of the walk was paved/sidewalk too). I will say the mattress left a bit to be desired (very clean, but a bit uncomfortable). Good location and felt very safe (we walked to downtown Eureka Springs early in the morning and late at night a couple of times).

Quirky and welcoming home away from home. Between the open air halls, incredibly nice staff who welcome you back from your day of adventures, and rocking chairs to watch the sun set through the Ozark trees with your room’s throw blanket, this place checked all our boxes! At such a great price point, we didn’t expect to have separate sleeping and living spaces in our room, but we did. It’s located just around the corner from downtown, so we could escape the crowds for toddler nap time without having to wander far. We also checked out a few businesses on Van Buren that we may have missed if we’d stayed on the main strip! The hotel is dated, but not in any way that compromises cleanliness, safety, or comfort.

We stayed just two nights for a wedding in town, and the Matterhorn towers was a perfect for us! The owner Chris greeted us with a huge smile and really made us feel at home. Even with the hotel being fully booked, it was extremely peaceful and quiet for our stay. Really fun alpine theme around the exterior of the hotel. The room we stayed in was no-frills, but it was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were wanting for the weekend. Only thing we had slight inconvenience with is the location since there isn't really a good way to walk to Main St due to the lack of sidewalks where the hotel is at. That being said, we had no problems getting a lyft/uber around town when we needed. It seems like there's usually at least one driver out and about on the weekends. When we checked out we had a wonderful conversation with Chris while we were waiting for our friends to come pick us up. Swapping stories with him for that last half hour or so was genuinely the highlight of our trip.

Terrific hotel very close to everything. The room was nice and roomy. Owner was super nice and friendly. Hotel is unique and we enjoyed our stay. Bed was very comfortable and overall a nice experience.

Absolutely loved our stay! It's very affordable and located right across from the main tram stop. The owner is so kind and helpful! The open hallways and charm are an added bonus! We still be back for sure!

Chris is the best! Such a cool place to stay! We will return!

RUN. View pics. The front desk manager didn't like my previous unfavorable review. So he began calling me and harassing me from two different phone numbers from 2:15 in the morning until I blocked him around 4 am. I just gotten off at 20 hour shift and was due back at 7 am to care for elderly. Proof attached. This man is mentally unbalanced.
