We enjoyed our stay at the 7 Gables B&B. The rooms were very nice with good amenities. The staff were helpful and accommodating. The buffet style beakfast was very good with a surprising number of options. There was an adequate number of parking spaces and chargers for electric cars. The 7 Gables is centrally located and close to the Fairbanks airport. While we were there early in the Spring they were in the process of planting a large number of annuals. I am sure in a couple of weeks the grounds will be beautiful. If you are starting or ending an Alaskan tour, it will be hard to beat the 7 Gables for and affordable stay. We will certainly return if we find ourselves in or passing through Fairbanks.
if you're looking for a homey place to stay with communal spaces to hang out in, this is the place for you! the property is absolutely gorgeous on the inside, adorned with stained glass and even a mini waterfall. there's also homemade breakfast cooked for you in the morning, served in a cafeteria where you can connect with other guests while you eat your breakfast. i wish i could've stayed longer than a day, but im glad booking.com took me to this place. thank you again for everything- i hope to be back soon!
It was a bit rough around the edges for my taste and we were put in an annex by the highway when we had been expecting a B&B. If you can stay in the B&B, that would be better and seems very quaint. Owners were super nice and understanding and helped us cancel the remainder of our stay when our plans changed (went to Anchorage instead).
