Clubhouse II

I always have a FFun time at the Clubhouse 2 This statement was several years ago. I've been there in the recent month. I'm so disappointed with this place. No one cares about the facility. It was a waste of money to upgrade??? The showers. They are probably loosing their certificate of use. Even if it was grandfather in, everything East of us one is getting a major upgrade on torn down for the next era to get underway. It's was very FFun in its day. Now we move on. Saying goodbye to the Clubhouse 2 bathhouse

Horrible! Not what I expected, I've traveled all over the US and I've been to many establishments like this., this was the worst!! LA's "Hollywood Spa" is the best!, 3 stories, full bar, real food, not vending machines 🤢

Worst costumer service . Rude , nasty, grumpy all the time. Instead of keeping the customer they barely have they are just pushing them Away . They make you think twice before ask to step outside . Asking to clean the toilet is on your own risk. I gave this place too many chances, tipped the guy om my way in and still zero respect .

They raised the prices couple of weeks ago and now on formerly busy nights it's now dead / few people there. Was there on Saturday night (after spending nearly 50 dollars to get in) and was almost alone. Just some "elderly rich" folks there (which makes sense). The former multi cultural crowd there is pretty much gone. No one wants to pay so much money to get in there. Oh, and be warned, they DO NOT take credit cards! Either bring cash or pay a huge ATM fee on their ATM they have in the front. They re-did the jacuzzi and showers, but the rest of the place hasn't been renovated in many years.

First time ever coming to Ft Lauderdale for vacation and decided to try this place. We went two nights in a row. First night (12/23/2024) the man working the front desk was beyond great with customer service and explained how their system works to us. Had a decent all around experience. The second night (12/24/2024) was an entirely different scenario. The man working the front desk (not the same one as the first night) was a complete jerk about everything right from the second we walked in the door. If I owned that establishment, he would be fired so fast but I'm going to assume he owns it hence the reason he's still working there but we will never ever go back there. The facility is too much of a dump to deal with his attitude.

Don’t waste your time ! I arrived with 2 friends of mine to use amenities Sauna/steam room. (Scott the gentleman at the front) was on the phone with a representative of some sort and I waited very patiently for him to finish . He then tells me after 15 minutes of waiting that the amenities are being cleaned and are not accessible ! Very disrespectful , it even close to professional . Disgusted and will never return .

I’ve visited twice and out of all the bathhouses in Florida, this is my least favorite location. On my recent visit, a cumunion party was taking place so I hoped that there would be a crowd to enjoy the experience, however, the “wet area” was completely closed down for renovations and the clerk at the door did not mention this to me before I paid. After entering, there was a decent number of guys present, but the vibe was a little more aggressive than what I expected and not having any “wet areas” available severely hindered my enjoyment of the space. I do not currently recommend visiting this location. Hopefully the renovations update this historic site, but for me I’m done.
