COCKROACH INFESTATION!

Great stay

I booked this via online for my daughter who needed the room for 1 night. Mistakenly booked 5/28 instead of 3/28 called the hotel to see if we could change the dates as she was in the parking lot when we realized what day we booked, the hotel had plenty of room and offered to pay more vs the discounted rate we had already payed for. The hotel denied the request. Poor customer service. We didn’t cancel and was ok with paying the regular rate: they still denied it,

Nice clean hotel. Mini fridge, flat screen TV. Easy check in, park in front of your room. Good size room plenty of towels and a pool for the kids. Safe area.

Terrible. I booked the room through a third party website that offered breakfast that I had to pay for. When I got to the hotel they informed me that there was no breakfast. They did not refund the money for the breakfast, instead they charged me for an early check in. You're able to see outside when the door is closed. Paint chipped, musty smell. You could definitely stay somewhere better.

Wonderful stay rooms was clean and so was the bedding!! Great price too

Bad service Dirty Bad customer

Don’t stay here. So many issues. First housekeeping ignores do not disturb signs and puts their hands on your clothes and property. When I left they were letting mattresses touch the ground outside. They had a little cart they were supposed to be on but the guy was lazy and let them touch the sidewalk outside. Also, they tried to charge my card before I checked in so they could cancel my reservation. Dirty and running a scam to charge people more for rooms. Don’t come here! When I tried to report it to front desk she started laughing and told me to call the manager. Awful service. I have autoimmune disease and it’s a huge deal for them to touch my clothes and personal items. I didn’t ask you to do that.

The place was a bit dated and only partially refurbished

Honestly perfect. Don't know why the low rating. Everything was clean and quiet and the owner/front-desk clerk was helpful
