My husband booked this through Priceline. The first room had a puddle of water right inside the door. The front desk person moved us to a different room. She was very nice. The room was gross! After I wiped down and sanitized, and we were putting things away in the fridge, we had to kill roaches behind it! 🤢. I also found dirty towels in the bathroom and requested replacements. The floors and cabinets were nasty. The shades on the wall lamps were crusted with dust. The linen and window covering had stains, and the one 3-drawer dresser was nasty, too. Basically, we were afraid to go to sleep in the room, but it was late and we were tired from our long drive. Then, I looked online to see the description on Priceline and it mentioned sanitary measures are taken. Not true! Lastly, my husband was told there would be dishes and cookware to use. Also not true! I think the “cleanest” area was the shower. We called Priceline requesting a refund and booked accommodations elsewhere. Of course they tried to give us the “run around,” about a refund. This is totally unacceptable to falsely advertise something and then it’s totally different when guests arrive. I took plenty of pictures of this mess, but not all of them will post.

The lady was rude and she refused to let us have are room and said that four people in room was to small

Honestly I only gave a 1 star due to not being able to give 0. There was a guy living out and had a baby with him so I wanted to get them a room for the night ,business checking in , the office smelled of marijuana , which I’m not against but not professional for the establishment. There was a few candles lite but did not mask the smell . Also , going into a room just to check it out so be sure that it was clean due to him having a child with him, The curtains had yellow things from cigarette smoke I guess and this was supposed to be a non-smoking room. There was a huge crack in the bottom of the door. Also pubic hair on the toilet a huge crack in the TV. Some type of food left in the fridge and freezer area floors were dirty just not very clean and sanitary. There was also people hanging outside of the hotel rooms seem really trashy oh to top it off. He probably asked the lady for the Wi-Fi password so that he could try to make calls to family or whoever he had to call and she nonchalantly told him oh there’s no Wi-Fi. Water damage to the floor the AC Did not blow well . I’m glad I was able to get them a room for the night but did not feel OK with the money I pay and having to leave that poor baby there with it looking like this hopefully the lady or staff went down to make some changes or room at least cleaned up the hair or something since there was no other room to move him to . I’ve uploaded photos below the owner corporate. Whoever needs to see this. I need to know that this is not OK and there’s no way that anyone should be charged for anything that looks bad.

This place doesn't deserve even a star . This place is trash it's the worst hotel I've stayed in there are every bug u can think of there . They try checking out with u if u don't check your things b4 u leave. It's like that movie "Joe's Appartment" literally. It's dirty and management (Diana) is UNPROFESSIONAL. I've tried addressing my complaints to her many times and she sends The other lady's to tell us. There are 2 lady's that are the only people nice about this hotel and it's the lady that works at night and the other in the day she has short hair and im not referring to Jessica she's UNPROFESSIONAL . As far as house keeping...it makes u wonder if that's how they clean at home because those rooms are dirty . I found a broken meth pipe in my room , cigerate Buds under my bed, dead roaches on the wall , and spiders in the restroom ceiling. Oh and let's not for get one of those spiders bite my husband on his lower back he had to go to the ER and I've asked for them to take responsibility for it and Diana just says she has no control of that . Wait yes u do if u would be up to date on pest control we wouldn't have that problem. She claims she did call pest control and my husband had to call off from. Work to wait on them but never showed up. That hotel over the yrs have been run DOWN by Diana the manager. I stayed 2 wks there and the first week they OVER charged me which I highly believe they pocket the money. So if u decided to stay at this run down hotel plz book online. Yes this is our opinion of this hotel but we have others that stay/ stayed here that are willing to valch for us but this is just a few things I could go on but then I would be here for days. And Diana plz be professional and don't hurras my husband after this review like u did on my last complaints and review . No wifi , false advertising and their card activator don't work they have the house keepers and maintenance open the door everytime the doors need to be open up

No wifi service through out the building for the entire stay. Tv did not work as well. Bedding was not cleaning. Thankful for bringing my own.
