Hôtel Denim

Heather helped us out last minute. No other hotel was as accommodating. She made our hometown feel like home in a new way on this night out.

We didn’t expect a fancy room, but this hotel left us feeling weary and needing a shower. Since we were only in town for one night, we decided to save a few bucks. Mistake! There were 2 huge roaches in the room, so we asked to switch with no issue. The front desk was apologetic. The rooms have no carpet, which would be ok except that the floors were sticky. They appeared clean; it was likely wax build up or something similar. The sheets were super low quality. The shower doors are fixed shut, so turning the water on from outside the shower is a challenge. For the continental breakfast, we opted for coffee only. The music in the lobby and dining area was so loud and staff was nowhere to be found. It wasn’t even good music! Overall, the place feels like someone tried to put lipstick on a pig. We regret not staying at the O’Henry (we dined there for dinner and it looks fantastic)!

The hotel is beautiful! The front desk staff was very helpful and nice. They kept our cupcakes in their fridge. The construction was a lot because all that dust making air quality hard to breath. Quiet area

What can I say , I've stayed here for the last 4 years with business and they always take care of me. Shout out to the front desk people , especially Johnathan for always taking care of his regulars. That says something!!

Fantastic rooms, incredible decor (I had no idea it was literally denim themed EVERYWHERE until we walked in), a free drink (!!) and a good location for what we were there for. The room was spacious even for the tiny one bed room we got. Even a large TV if you needed it. We specifically were there for an event at the Greensboro complex so area wise and location wise, perfect short drive. It’s also a super easy short drive to the ballpark if that’s something you’re there for too. But hey there’s always one minor thing that stinks was the shower head itself. But hey, I’d rather sleep good and be comfortable over that to be honest. You don’t always get both. Hot water, just bad pressure. Otherwise, this is our go to if we ever go back to Greensboro for sure.

Everyone was friendly, from check in to guest services, housekeeping and check out. Muffins, coffee, bagels and fruit for continental breakfast were very fresh. Close to all the places we wanted to go. Will definitely stay here again.

Had a hic up with booking through a third party and the front desk took care of me after a long day of driving.

Bed, people, atmosphere were all well curated. People very nice especially Rebecca May and the nice boy from Florida. Despite being a remodeled hotel (1987 vintage) the interior has been updated well from a guest comfort perspective but also the creative embrace of the Greensboro community. Well done and thanks for having me for several nights this week. Highly recommend.

As long as you don’t mind sleeping within 200m of a giant cellphone tower, it is great.

In town for a soccer tournament and stumbled upon this hotel through Expedia. What a find! Only 18 minutes from the Soccer fields Amazing experience! Super adorable hotel. Staff was amazing. Lovely glass of wine at check-in. complementary water. Espresso machine in room Made to Order breakfast. Could not ask for more!

Very friendly helpful staff. Room okay, clean, not luxurious but for the price, good. Complimentary glass of wine was a surprise!
