My parents live in Old Henderson, and I’ve stayed here a couple of times. Nice clean modern facilities. My room and the gym were great. Friendly staff. I enjoyed hanging out on water street enjoying the new restaurants and breweries within walking distance. I grew up in old Henderson, and I appreciate there is a solid hotel to stay at where I can walk and have family meet me at the redeveloped Water St District. I see there are reviews complaining about the quality of food at a no additional fee brunch at a 3 star hotel— it’s a given whatever food is offered at this “free” breakfast will be mediocre no matter where you are staying in the US - if folks want something more than powdered scrambled eggs and Quaker instant oats they need to pay for brunch. Stop complaining.

First, checking in was super easy (parking was a little confusing at first, but we figured it out) The check in clerk (Emmanuel) was awesome. Super friendly. Explained they shared the parking garage with the casino and made the check in process very easy. The breakfast was one of the best I've had at a hotel in awhile. The eggs were delicious and not dried out like they so often are. And I loved the ability to make a breakfast taco!

Simply superb, fresh rooms , good breakfast, very well maintained. Hope they continue the same and will visit again and again

The staff there are very rude and I even feel they're somewhat racist. I left my AirPods in the room and they never returned them or helped me. I saw them arguing at breakfast. So, the hotel itself is great, but the staff is terrible, at least the front desk staff.

This was another work trip, and this hotel serves it's purpose. There were so plumbing issues, they didn't get a shipment for food, and I had been working a twelve hour shift and there wasn't anything to eat. The staff did take wonderful care of me and overall it was a nice stay. The area isn't the best. I was not impressed by any of the restaurants but the one outside of the hotel. The wine bar had amazing food and a great chef, and staff.

They wrote back in response to my review. Sounds like a whole bunch of excuses. Own up to reality and wake up.
