Hôtel Best Western Plus Executive

Good place

Dated room, the floorboards were full of water and were sinking in. There were no available extra towels, and the key cards would cease to work every day out of our 3 night stay, frustrating when having to use the single elevator that took forever to arrive to get the cards working again. The curtain/blinds did not go down all the way so the brightness was blinding in the morning. When brought up to staff it was kind of brushed off with an "ok". you get what you pay for i guess.

Recently remodeled hotel with professional, courteous front desk staff.

Location was very sketchy. But the room didn't have carpet so made it look fresh and clean.

Worst ever. Please check the cancellation Policy carefully before booking here. The cahrges are ridiculous.

Decent place decent breakfast decent rooms but No one was at the desk from 2p until 3p while people waited Employees were congregating around breakfast serving area eating and leaving their food plates on food service counters Someone is shampooing carpet outside my room at 10am. It's loud and could've waited until after checkout. Im guessing they will see this review and not actually care because it's obvious caring is not something the emphasize here. Would not recommend.

Our room was clean and comfortable. Television was basic and lacked the ability to connect your own streaming services. Breakfast was decent. The staff was helpful and friendly. It was a great hotel for the price and I would stay there again.

Good location, right near city. Lord help the people who don’t know how to put a bedsheet on the bed. And help the sickly lady who checked us into the hotel and wiped her snot on my cards at a snail pace.

The room was ok, shower pressure was great, and breakfast was satisfactory. Overall though, this hotel is a little dated and dirty and could use a refresh.
