Auberge du Huntington Mall Inn

1-star because this hotel doesn’t exist anymore!!! it’s now the Rodeway Inn. book through rodeway inn for cheaper nights instead of through this listing. rooms are clean but mine was missing the tv remote/the cable didn’t work anyway.

First when we got there the room was dirty and smelled damp mildew. Bathroom toilet almost overflowed. Call down to front desk could not remember who she gave the plunger to. (No way😤 No one on staff to come and check. Husband went downstairs to use bathroom. Just wanted to go to sleep. My wife woke up to you get BEDBUGS!!! Bites on both hands. Pulled covers back and their they were. Checked out!!! Had to change out of all our cloths in the bathroom downstairs and leave all our clothes we had on in a trash bag. My wife is so allergic to bug bits I hope she doesn’t have to go to ER. I bet they will sell to the next person without out even correcting it. Bad business. I use work for this company it’s sad to see them go down the toilet like this.☹️☹️ If I could give no stars I would🤮😷

Absolutely disgusting! Stains, crumbs on the floor, the rooms smell horrible. Says no smoking, but the rooms, hallways and entrance Stink. My rooms cards didn't work and had to be reset twice! Bed looked like someone had just gotten out of it. The bed had a flat sheet over a blanket with no comforter. No toilet paper holder just a roll of toilet paper. How weird!

This is not a Best Western.This is a Rode way Inn owned by choice Hotels. Booked this hotel 'Best Western " for a package deal for rock the country. Come to find out I had to re pay for the hotel because Best Western was bought by this hotel. No notice or anything from Best Western. No shame on this specific hotel. I'm hoping someone from Best Western sees this and makes it right!! I was informed I'm not the only one this happened to..

6/2025. We were really disappointed the motel has changed hands and it is now Huntington Mall Inn. There is no hot breakfast, and for that reason, we’re choosing to stay at a Best Western in a nearby location. The hot breakfast bar is unequaled. One of the top reasons we choose to stay here. The staff is friendly. The location is handy to the interstate and the local mall, but as a result, guests can hear road noise, ambulances/emergency sirens, and loud trucks all night. A popular Mexican restaurant is on the other side, and parking lot noise can be a cause for disturbance for some whose rooms are on that side of the facility. There is no elevator, so one must be up to carrying luggage up the stairway for second floor rooms. In our room, #207, the bathroom sink drained so sluggishly, we left half a sink full after washing hands or brushing teeth. Ugh. There was not opportunity to rinse the sink after each use as we are accustomed to do. The bathroom door squeaks, so a trip to the bathroom woke up both guests. Oh, no! That being said, we would not hesitate to reserve rooms again, but will check the doors for squeaking, sink for draining, and hope we are physically fit for climbing stairs on our next time through.

Google - I have never been here - removed from timeline 10 times already but it STILL continues to pop up. Haven’t been to other places suggested. Hoping this helps stop the madness!!!!!

It's an ok motel could do some work on the motel there is alot of cracks in walls and stuff and could up grade alot of stuff like the bath tubes,fridges and ac units and make sure all rooms has coffee makers in them and make sure they are alot cleaner then they are after people leave but other then that the people at the front desk are nice and helpful and they could also calm down some of the people that stay there when they are outside in the parking lot drinking and the pool could be a little more cleaner due to bugs floating in it. Just some basic stuff needs to be improved some more but other then that it would be a wonderful place to stay at.
