I would like to say I like the place but only the guy who prepared breakfast, he closed the buffet while kids was waiting to grab some food and drinks. He told everyone there’s no food to grab because he was already cleaning and he doesn’t want anyone to mess around. Some hotels they give people 10 minutes extra. But him by 8:55 he was finishing cleaning and take away the food. I always booked my hotel with comfort in but this month was very stressful.

Everything was alright until the morning when I went to breakfast.this black guy who prepared the food take away everything while kids was still eating. I understand it was 9 but lot of kids was there trying to get more food but he was like no one should take food Iam close. How you close while people are still inside? Just give them 5 minutes extra to grab and go. Believe me I always been in this location and I like it but this new guy is someone else. There’s mothers wh have children he even refused them to refill drinks. I was there last month end of July 2026.

This is one of the best hotels in the entire United States. Their breakfast is good. I will definitely return to stay at this hotel again.

I have to say as a person that use hotels for business travel , this place is the worse place I have ever been. Read other reviews the mold is bad and the Bugs are horrible. The spiders and other bugs should had me check out. The customer service is by far the worst ever. The front desk staff Tracy is very rude to guest in person and over the phone. The TV didn’t work and even with the hotel being pretty much empty I had to beg to move rooms. If you like inhaling mold this is the place. The mold is visual on both curtains and lampshade. This hotel is managed by the same owners of Holiday Inn across the street from it. It appears to be the slum lords of the hotel industry. I reached out to the management to express my concerns and no reply. I have a feeling a lot tourists coming in for the World games this summer will leave sick or bit by a brown recluse, in which several others spoke of in others reviews. I’m just sharing so people are aware of what they are getting into .

Stayed one night (June 5) on our trip home from vacation. After a 12 hr. drive we needed a good place to rest. I will add that we had our two grandsons with us, both with ADHD……(get the picture). I had booked and paid on line. Check in was quick and easy. Room was decent - except TV did not work - really needed it to chill the grands ….. checked with clerk and was told the cable company was having problems, but channels 1-12 should work. No channels worked …….I would have requested a room change, but by now one of the grands was asleep….. not the other. We had to set the thermostat on 60 to get the ac to come on….. ( guessing the temp made it to about 75) Starting to be annoyed by now. So I’ll point out the desk in the room was dirty ( sticky all over the top) , mold on bathroom ceiling and tub looked like it’d been caulked by a blindfolded person. The tub diverter spout is worn out which doesn’t send full pressure to shower head. Room was quiet and all finally went to sleep. Breakfast was good, but chairs in dining area are very dated and fabric is dirty. We stayed in 3 Comfort branded properties on this trip. This was the most expensive of the three and provided the least value. Oh ….. the ice machine on main floor was broke as was the hot tub. Place needs maintenance and renovation. I will definitely exercise my options on our next trip through the area.

Nice hotel with a nice room and breakfast. The only negative was the pool was to cold to swim. They let us checkin early which was really nice.

The place felt unclean. The bathroom corners were dirty. Carpet on room 100 was fraying and a big wad of something stuck on the carpet. The pool felt slimy and it was dirty around the pool on the cement. We had 3 rooms and not satisfied with them on cleanliness. I will say all the staff was friendly and helpfilul especially the desk clerk when we checked in. My daughters room the second the key card did not work, to get into the room they used a special key thing. They had to move to a different room after they unpacked for a family of 4. The shower was luke warm. We will not stay again.

you get what you pay for. hot tub and ice machine broken. door lock broke and had to move rooms. no apologies or offered assistance to move. no hot water. overall a rundown place. free breakfast was good.

Our room was filthy. Crumbs in the couch. Fridge had hair and stains from not being cleaned. Bathroom had dirt and hair in the corners and tub. There was dried toothpaste in the tub also. No sheets or blanket for the pull out sofa. This was beyond disappointing after an 11 hour drive.
