À propos de ce lieu Big Grove Brewery

Big Grove Brewery is a large craft brewery and taproom at 1225 South Gilbert Street, just south of downtown Iowa City. It is a mainstream, family-friendly brewery, not a gay bar. It is listed here because it regularly hosts queer events. The best known is a monthly drag brunch with local performers that has run since 2021 and often sells out. Drag bingo nights and Pride-season fundraisers for Iowa City Pride also come up. The space is big, with a beer garden and lots of outdoor seating, a rotating list of house beers and a full kitchen. Book drag brunch tickets well ahead. Google reviewers rate it 4.6 from about 1,500 reviews.
