Crossland Seattle-Kent-Des Moines

I cant emphasize enough how bad this place is. If you want this place at a better price, they have two listing in Google and it is the same as the Hometown Studios. I have had nothing but bad experiences here. I know this is owned by Red Roof, and I have had a great experience there. Luca is the saving grace if she still works there, and if she was running everything it would be a different experience all together. If you cross reference my other review about being on a banned list, I have two questions. One, why did they accept the reservation. Second, my reservation was misspelled so there is no way that they made the decision to threaten me and make up things to deny service. The manager should be fired immediately. As someone who has experience in customer service management, I would immediately have terminated their employment.

If I could give 0 I would they charged me a deposit and it’s been a few weeks and haven’t received my deposit back. The rooms are not great and had the worse experience.

Very clean. Nice people.

The staff was courteous, and polite. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There are multiple amenities all within walking distance.
