Kent PRIDE

Kent PRIDE is a volunteer-run community group for LGBTQ+ people in Kent and the surrounding South King County suburbs, south of Seattle. It runs social meetups, visibility events and informal peer support, not nightlife. Gatherings have been held at community spaces such as Wayside United Church of Christ. There is no fixed office, and events are announced on its Facebook page, so check there for current dates. For bars and a larger scene, most people head to Capitol Hill in Seattle, about 30 minutes north by car or light rail.
