Hôtel The Betsy

Terrific stay at the Betsy! Easily the best hotel in Miami. I love a boutique hotel, but so often you lose that sense of luxury. Not here. The service is outstanding. Fritzner was incredibly accommodating when I needed a last minute extra room. I’m also blown away at how patient the front desk is! I heard another guest in front of me trying to get worked up over some thing or another, and George calmed her and reassured her at every breath. She even gave him a high-five when she left! The one note I have is that it took a while to get access to a receptionist & valet. I wish they had more people at those locations, there was always a wait. Lastly Ray in the restaurant was wonderful. So interesting, so cultured and professional. Easily one of the best waiters we have. I love that the hotel displays all these artists, including a member of their own wait staff. There is so much to see in this hotel. You could spend a week here and not see every corner and amenity it has to offer. In terms of comfort, it’s delicious. We even ordered the pillows they have when we got home. It is a little noisy, it is Collins after all, but more of a street hum than party noises. Can’t wait to come back!

Excellent service. It's a shame the wine bar and deck were closed, though. A bit dated but charming and very good value for money. I had a wonderful stay. Truly attentive service. Highly recommended.

We stayed at The Betsy for the first time in April and returned again in May. It is truly a gem in South Beach. The staff, service, and ambiance are exceptional. This is not just an ordinary hotel; it is a very special place in Miami. The team makes you feel so special that The Betsy has truly become our home in Miami.

The Betsy hotel is a beautiful Art deco hotel, both outside and in. The staff are welcoming and happy to help in any way they can. The art within the hotel is wonderful, as are the 2 pools and the Piano bar is a great place to have a drink and listen to some wonderful live music b3fore heading for dinner.

This was the best hotel experience! Such a great hotel, with character and charm in a lively area. Staff was so friendly, food was delicious and rooms were great. Gustavo at the rooftop pool made our trip - he was amazing and so welcoming, such a different experience compared to other hotels!! This is our new south beach spot for vacations.. we’ll be back!

We are so happy to be spending our Mom/ Daughter weekend at The Betsy.. The staff is so friendly and welcoming! We had a very fun afternoon at the roof top pool bar where Gustavo not only made us beautiful drinks but also kept us entertained. It truly made our afternoon…in fact we did not return to the beach as planned!

The Besty was an absolute dream! The staff was so friendly and attentive. Honestly we had the best time just hanging out in the room, the lobby bar and the pools. Josh from the lobby bar was our particular favorite as he made my birthday very special! Highly recommend the Besty if you are looking for a hotel with some fun history, great service and location to the beach look no more the Besty is where to go! The beds were also so comfortable which was so nice after a long day in the sun. I would note this hotel is old white glove luxury - if you are looking for modern or costal vibes this is not it. Think art deco and jazz bars, gallery art walls and if this is your vibe I highly recommend the Besty!

Walked through the Orb — and I loved it. If you’re from Miami or familiar with SOBE and this iconic feature at The Betsy, you already know exactly what I mean. Stayed for a couple of nights in full staycation mode, and it was excellent… demasiado bueno. The vibe, the hotel, the books, the intimate spaces, the ART!, the feeling, the staff (special thanks to George & Juan), the breakfast, the beach — a complete experience that reminds us Miamians there’s so much more to Ocean Drive than meets the eye.

We really enjoyed our staying experience , it has the most different architecture and style through the Ocean Drive. Music, artworks, library which includes old books like treasure. We have experienced so many things at once. Also we decided to own a puppy, and we have owned, her name is Betsy, which we have inspired by the Betsy Hotel. Was such a inspiral hotel for us from every aspect. Thank you Betsy Team!

Everything was fantastic from the service, room, food, entertainment, cleanliness plus professionalism and courtesy. Your staff is excellent, we got to meet the manager, Ever. Fritz was wonderful and beyond accommodating as was Pamela at the bar with exceptional service and courtesy. Even checkout was perfect as they offered us bottled waters to go and got our car from valet in a flash and with a smile. Thank you so much we will be back.
