Stayed here for one completely sleepless night in July '26. The hotel put a family with 4 small children on the top floor directly above us. They were all free-ranging til the wee hours using our ceiling as a trampoline. When we called the desk to complain they suggested that we move. My wife is handicapped and they have no elevator so that didn't work. They wouldn't even contemplate moving the source of the noise. The next morning the Manager offered us a gift certificate for a free night stay which, seemed like a nice gesture, but has still not arrived 2.5 months later.

⭐ 1/5 Extremely disappointing experience, especially for a family with a stroller. The hotel was practically inaccessible. There were no proper ramps or convenient accessible routes, and simply getting around the property with a stroller was an absolute hassle. I can only imagine how much worse this would be for someone using a wheelchair or dealing with limited mobility. What makes this particularly unacceptable is that this is a relatively new building. In this day and age, there is simply no excuse for designing a hotel where basic accessibility appears to have been an afterthought. Navigating the property with our family was unnecessarily difficult and frustrating. To be fair, the other aspects of the stay were okay. The hotel was reasonably clean, the food was fine, and the building itself felt fairly new. Unfortunately, none of that compensates for such a fundamental accessibility problem. Hotels should be welcoming and usable for everyone—families with strollers, elderly guests, and people with disabilities. Based on our experience, this property falls far short of that standard. I sincerely hope management takes this issue seriously and makes meaningful accessibility improvements.

Great family friendly, and pet friendly hotel. Very spacious rooms and yummy breakfast. Only downside is the rooms did have a slight smell and when you arrive in the last half an hour or 45 minutes of breakfast certain hot food items are gone and not restocked. Would stay here again.

Was here for a one night stay for company business and boy did it show. Got put in probably the absolute worst room they had to offer. Room was located right next to the soda vending machine, the top of the stairs where you hear everyone coming and going, the maids office, and finally, on one of the hottest days we have, the room was facing the west where it got the hottest part of the day until sunset. Ahhh, almost forgot, it was the closest room to the main intersection and above all else, I90 and all of the traffic noise that comes with it!! Yeah, it really was that bad. Talk about getting kicked to the floor.... The AC had an extremely difficult time keeping up. The inside was fine. Lots of room and even had a couch. Had everything you might want for an extended stay. The bathroom was ok....some dirt behind the faucet for the sink and the sink itself needed a good scrubbing. The hot water took FOREVER to circulate up. Minimum of 15 minutes. So the hot shower requires some patience. Plenty of parking, so no issues there.
