Kimpton Aertson Hotel

Kimpton Aertson is a design hotel at 2021 Broadway, at the Vanderbilt end of Midtown and about 13 minutes on foot from the Church Street bars. It's a mainstream IHG property with a rooftop pool, a gym and a restaurant, and no gay-specific offer. Google rates it 4.5 from about 1,200 reviews. This corner fills first on Vanderbilt graduation and football weekends, so book early for those dates and take a car home after closing.
