My experience at CORE was disappointing in several significant respects. Despite the high fees and exclusive reputation, the service consistently fell short of expectations. Staff interactions often felt rushed and dismissive; inquiries were met with curt responses, and attentiveness appeared contingent on perceived social or financial standing rather than genuine engagement. Facilities themselves were clean and well-maintained, but the experience did not justify the cost. Amenities were standard for an upscale environment but lacked the refinement or thoughtful execution one would anticipate at this price point. Reservations and scheduling protocols were opaque and occasionally contradictory, requiring repeated follow-up to confirm even basic arrangements. I also noted a pronounced emphasis on prestige over genuine hospitality. The environment conveyed exclusivity, but at the expense of approachability, warmth, or consistent professionalism. At several points, I felt that the focus was on projecting image rather than delivering substantive value to members. In sum, while CORE meets minimal standards of comfort and presentation, the combination of overpriced access, inconsistent service, and an atmosphere that privileges status over genuine experience results in an outcome that I cannot recommend. Those seeking a private club should weigh whether exclusivity alone justifies the disproportionate cost and often indifferent service.

I like it, the place is huge so never too busy. Food and service excellent. From all the club in the city the food is my favorite.

The service lead, K, has consistently been rude and unwelcoming. She is a woman with long hair, estimated to be in her 20s or early 30s and about 5'3" tall. Her negative attitude detracts from the service experience. This negatively affects the overall service, and a more customer-focused individual would be a significant improvement.
