Hôtel Millenium Hilton

I was there for about 15 days. From the start I was disappointed by the front desk staff. She was very unwelcoming and lacked customer service skills. The room stayed cold no matter how high I put the heat on. The refrigerator was extremely small I couldn’t really put much in it. I came to the front desk to ask for a box of Kleenex because I got sick during my stay and never received it and ended up having to go my own. I understand I was part of large group staying at the hotel but all guests should be treated with respect especially if the guests are being respectful to the stay. The highlight of my stay was the tall African American manager who tried to rectify ever issue I brought to his attention.

DON’T. STAY. HERE. The worst hotel I have ever stayed out. Filthy room that hadn’t been cleaned throughly in years. One close look at the windowsill and you could see how grim it truly was. Staff were rude. Amy on front desk is the RUDEST employee in hospitality who I’ve come across in my life! The hidden $35 charge a day is ridiculous and sneaky tactics are employed to squeeze as much money out of you as possible. Be warned, this hotel will end up costing you more than you thought when you booked! While the hotel is old, dated, unclean and expensive, what let this place down the most was the front desk staff. They are without doubt the most incompetent and rudest of all time, particularly Amy. The only downside of our wonderful trip to New York was staying in this hotel. Don’t stay here!!!

I stayed here last weekend the room total cost was 590$ for one night yes one night. 168$ for shitty breakfast disgusting 🤮 The recipe person STEAL your information ( please be careful DON’T share any important information) since Sunday till today every morning at 6 AM I receive a message saying someone trying to access your VENMO account and Cash app even tried to change the password be careful. Also attaching picture for a BIG FLY at the breakfast

I wish I could give zero stars or even minus, it was very unpleasant stay. We checked into 2 bedroom presidential suite and payed 2700 dollars, they did not even ask if we need help with bags, we dragged our bags to lift. AC of one room was not working, we put in a complain, which was ignored untill next day, room service told us they can get a fan and then told us they are out of fans, they fixed it next day after making multiple complains, front desk guy was very rude and unempathetic about the situation. The room was boiling. We had to pull the sofa bed and sleep in the living space. Engineer fixed the AC next day only to make it super freezing, and then the AC of other room broke and we woke up with sweat. So one room was freezing and other was boiling. On top of this, we asked him to checkout at 12 instead of 11, so he told us that he will charge us for that. Very rude behavior and horrible experience. Never returning to this place.

This is, by far, the worst Hilton hotel we have ever stayed and the worst Hotel in NY, considering price/service. CHECK IN: I took me 1.5 hs to get into my room because the reservation was under my wife´s name and she was in a meeting at the UN Headquarters. I proved my printed Booking.com, reservation where my name was included as a guest and the one who made the reservation and they didn´t accepted. It was until I complained in a very desperate manner to the Manager that they allowed me into my room. They say that a Booking.com printed reservation document could be false. ROOM SERVICE: Its UN Cafe, only works at limited hours, not 24 hs like most hotels of this category. The service could not be worst. You can only order through its web site. They sent 2 tea´s instead of a coffee and tea, so when I called to complain, the lady at the restaurant didn´t accepted that they made a mistake, she insisted that I was wrong and she put the phone down in a very rude way. I had to call the reception to complain and only then they sent me my coffee. The food they sent was un-eatable and it came in a paper bag like a take away service, (not room service), with plastic cutlery, plastic cups, and cardboard dishes. Incredible that a Hotel with this rates has such an appalling food quality. ROOMS: Good view but small and with a closet of 60 cm wide with no shelves nor drawers. GENERAL SERVICE: At 7.00 am when we were asleep, we received an automatic call from a recording machine, advertising the hotel facilities. Incredible !! We have called twice for water bottles (no suplied) and after 2 hrs we haven´t got them yet.

Front desk employee named DEEP wrote my home address on a scrap paper during check-in and a few days later I received an email thanking me for creating a Hilton Honors account. Customer service brushed it off and said wait 3 days I can just cancel the account myself RED FLAGS ALL AROUND UPDATE THE HOTEL ADMITTED THE EMPLOYEE DID THAT! Never ever ever ever ever again will I stay at a hilton
