Best Western Hampton Coliseum Inn

Best Western Hotel was very good the staff is knowledgeable and friendly also I like to thank the Red Roof Inn hotel for going to extra milel to assist us.

I love it here at the Best Western and I will definitely return and recommend this place.

Everything was the same. Only thing I didn’t notice is some deep cleaning is needed such as around baseboards, the elevator and in corners all staff was extra friendly. All other major areas were clean.The young guy that was checking people in was absolutely the best. He also cooked some wonderful potatoes for breakfast. This is a great location that you’re right next-door to a waterpark Walmart and fast food restaurants are walking distance. Pillows were a little flat, but you do get four. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

We were close to everything (Walmart, Goodwill, Cookout, Bojangles, Etc) and we really enjoyed our visit . Staff was excellent and hotel was Clean & Very Comfortable- I usually itch on other sheets due to the detergent most hotels use BUT I did not itch once 🙏🏾 Hotel was quite and I slept peaceful every night like I was the only person there. Looking forward to going back.

This hotel is always where I stay when I travel to Hampton.. rooms are clean, lobby is well kept and they have an outdoor pool.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room looked very clean but had an odd mildew smell. The bed was comfortable.

Room beautifully decorated. I noticed the silent closing drawers. Room was quiet, clean and inviting. Breakfast was good. Safety bar needed in bathtub/shower. Facebowl water pressure incredibly slow and no place to hang towels in washroom. Please repair torn wallpaper surrounding 3rd floor elevator button, unbecoming to rest of decor.

The location was perfect, the amenities were less than anticipated based on the pictures, price and information when I booked the room. I booked and paid for a room with two queen size beds, the room actually had two full-size beds. The pictures showed ample space in the room, in actuality the room was narrow and had very little moving around space, the bathroom was small. In comparing to other hotel stays in the last three years, I would say I was charged double what the value of the room and the hotel was worth. Someone gave the breakfast a rave review, however, it fell far short. The bagel broke apart when I unwrapped it, and it was totally stale. They did not have fresh coffee. It came out of a machine with options. Disappointing. Had I paid half of what I paid for the room I would have rated it better overall. But the hotel did not meet the expectation for the price.
