Anna was especially helpful. Rooms are a bit dated but the staff worked hard to impress. The hotel is very easy to access. Great view overlooking Utah Lake

Quiet safe location. Clean comfortable room, comfy bed and well stocked bathroom.

The rooms were better than expected. We saw a 3 star rating and were preparing for it to be bad. The room and hotel was clean and comfortable. The beds were better than many 4&5 star hotels we have stayed in. I would definitely stay here again if looking in this area.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Pool opened right on time. Breakfast was very good, cooked correctly, abundant. Eating area was clean, and easy to meet other guests. Air conditioner was powerful and quiet. Room itself was very quiet, no traffic noise , no noise from other guests. Location was perfect for us, with grocery stores and restaurants nearby in abundance. Great location for trip up to bridal veil falls, and other sites Spectacular sunrise, and sunset views right from the hotel.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel, and it always pleasantly surprises me. We stayed for 7 nights. First, I have to express my gratitude: Ms. Sahar a lovely and professional person. Always smiling. She accommodated us in the best possible way. Ms. Anna, the Front Desk Manager,always smiling, recognized us from last year and checked to see if everything was okay; she was always concerned about our well-being. Eric from maintenance—always doing his job, but always smiling and offering a positive word. Joseph and Nav at 5:00 AM, to run the Provo Canyon Half Marathon, they offered us hot coffee and muffins. Amazing guys. And the entire housekeeping staff, who work hard to keep this hotel clean and tidy. Room: Our room was spotless, and everything worked perfectly. The bathroom was spotless. The pool and spa were clean. Great breakfast to start the day. The location is peaceful, quiet, and safe. There is a WinCo right across the street. If you are in the area, this is the place to stay. Indian lady at the front desk is super rude. I didn’t realized my stayed was over and she went to the room making a big deal and yelling to grab my stuff that she was going to charge me. I didn’t had an issue paying because i needed the extra night but the way she handle everything was super rude. Will definitely never stay at a la quinta location.

Quiet room, comfortable bed with a beautiful view overlooking Utah Lake. The room was spacious and clean. Even though I didn't use all that the hotel offered on this stay, in the future, it might be nice to use. I need a hotel to not only appear clean but to smell fresh to feel comfortable. This one was both.

Breakfast hours are HORRIBLE especially on weekends - still 0600 to 0900. Hot tub burning hot! Definitely over 104 degrees! Since no rugs in rooms, the noise is unbearable if have a family pacing all night above you.

It was a fine stay. We were traveling with our dog and we usually pick LA Quinta. We felt safe and our vehicle was safe.

Received a room with no key card and management had to let us in and out of that room. The same room seemed like it was an occupied for a long time with dust on things. And a leaky pipe in the bathroom.
