DoubleTree by Hilton San Francisco Airport North

To whom cares: Parking 45$ per night (can not be avoided!) Water pressure very low (need patience and 20min for a shower) Only 2 bath towels for 4 people and 2 nights No breakfast included All of above for $250 per night!

This is definitely not a 4-star hotel — at most, I would rate it 2 stars. The only things that deserve an average rating are the staff and the location near the airport. The bedding was old and falling apart, and the mattress protector elastic no longer held in place at all. The view from our room was terrible — we were on the 3rd floor facing air conditioning units, and the 2nd floor below us had the exact same view. In my opinion, these rooms should be closed off completely or turned into storage rooms instead. The parking fee is outrageously expensive at $43 per day, especially considering that the parking area is neither secured nor covered. When choosing a 4-star hotel, I expected something much better. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We have been staying here every time we visit San Francisco.but it getting worse recently.$45. For none secure wide open parking with no gate or security outside the city? Seems like cleaning the rooms is not a priority anymore.we had almost zero water at the sink.empty box of paper napkins.red stain on the sheet.do they even clean the rooms thoroughly?is so they don’t notice the only paper napkins box in the bathroom is empty?or while cleaning they don’t notice there is no water coming from the faucet?how did they clean then?but on the positive note location is great and staff are nice.

The staff at this hotel are very helpful and friendly; they responded to problems very quickly. My big shoutout to the operations manager, Shannon, at the front desk. She went above and beyond in resolving my erroneous billing issue. I stayed on the 8th floor for four nights in a room facing the highways. The traffics was audible but not too bad. The shower was not hot and water pressure was weak. I reported the problem and they tried their best to mitigate the issues To be honest, I would not say that this is the best Hilton property I've stayed in. But their location is superb since I went for work in Burlingame and attended social events in San Francisco. More importantly, the staff and the whole team are trying their very best to make sure that the guests have the best experience. So I appreciate the efforts! I highly recommend you all to try it out.

This hotel was not the worst. Basically a regular doubletree but the photos of the hot tubs had scammed us. The hotel also had no free breakfast and the pool was dirty. One good thing is that the rooms are good and the cookies that they give out. And a bonus point for making it hot and fresh.It is not terrible but not my favorite.

I was rebooked to this hotel by a Hilton employee who told me there were shuttles running every 15 minutes to SFO. When I checked in I was informed this was the only Double Tree within a 6 mile radius which does NOT have a shuttle. There are 2 other Double Tree properties closer to SFO that actually have shuttle services; so my advice is book elsewhere instead. When I asked to be compensated for paying for my own transportation due to their mistake, Hilton Double Tree refused and I got stuck with bill. I am “Gold Star Member” supposedly. I canceling membership after his experience

No hot tub, no free breakfast, pool is dirty, expensive parking fee, outdated deco and etc

Kimmy and I traveling around bay area and decided to stop in Brisbane. Excellent experience. Hotel modern with well appointed rooms bar restaurant and friendly staff. For kimmy walking distance to bay trail. Open spacious with other doggies to meet. Highly recommend and gives two paws 🐾 up.

Be ready to pay $40 for parking per night

Second time staying at this hotel. Have to say 1st visit went better than the 2nd visit. The room was clean and well maintained. Unfortunately the room i got this time had extremely thin walls. Every morning I could hear the housekeeping staff cleaning the rooms to both sides of my room. As well as hear the guest. I also had left my room to go sightseeing when I came back my room key no longer worked. I headed to the front desk and asked what had happened. The young lady who didnt seem a bit worried explained that someone in her staff had me (on the computer) moved to another room but did not notify me about the move. They didnt call or wait for me to comeback. So what this person did was have housekeeping gather all my belongings and place them in trash bags and leave them in the room. I asked why couldn't they just of waited for me to comeback instead placing all my belongings in trash bags? Her response was "we didnt know if you were coming back" keep in mind my reservation was for Thursday through Saturday, and this happened Friday. 🤷. Also for some reason I heard the sound of running water all night. Have to say this visit was unfortunately not the best and will make me think twice in booking with Doubletree again.
