Third year in a row staying here, with beyond exceptional stays each visit. So well run, grounds are meticulously maintained, ambiance and lighting at night is spot on, and always wonderful guests from all over the world to chat with. The staff … so welcoming and accommodating. Can not possibly say enough positive things about this resort.

Located quite close to the city centre, Santiago serves as a lagune in Palm Beach. We were a bit excited, but loved it. The people who works here are really friendly, the breakfast and lunch was fantastic and it was always clean. I can highly recommend this place to others and we will return next time we come to Palm Springs.

We just got back from our first trip to The Santiago and we loved it. The property is beautifully landscaped and the rooms were equally impressive. The lush landscaping keeps the property private and cool. The pool is the centerpiece of the property and is gorgeous. At night the jacuzzi and the fire pit were the center of activity for all the guests. We met some really nice people! The huge outdoor shower was a fun option with plenty of hot water and wonderful body wash and shampoo. Our room was huge with a comfortable king bed and the bathroom was small but modern and they walk in shower was roomy enough for two! The staff was very welcoming and made sure we were comfortable but never imposing. They made our visit even better. The guests were a nice mix of couples and singles from all over. About half the guests opted to go clothing optional and nobody was ever pressed to participate if they felt more comfortable clothed. We loved this place so much we have booked two more trips to the property!!

Santiago is truly an oasis in the desert. Beautifully lush grounds and a refreshing pool to enjoy and relax in. I very much so appreciated the attentive staff, the delicious lunch, and ideal location! I am looking forward to coming back and staying at Santiago, I might make it a yearly getaway.

Once again we had the opportunity to spend a week at the Santiago Resort, Palm Springs. As in previous stays the staff and property did not disappoint. We were late to the game making our reservations. Kent went over and above to get us accommodations that would allow us to not have to move mid-stay. Ensuring we were comfortable. The included breakfast and lunch make the stay so pleasant. No need to leave the pool to catch an early meal. Daily room service complete with fresh towels is the best. When your travels bring you to Palm Springs I would highly recommend you check out the Santiago Resort for your stay.

My husband and i just came home from our first trip to Palm Springs, CA and to Santiago Resort. We have an absolutely wonderful time. Santiago Resort was top notch. Close to some of the bars, and a quick Uber ride to the rest. Rooms were well appointed and a good size. Bathroom was clean, bathrobes, aluminum bottles of water were in the room. We hardly ever used the in room shower, since using the two outdoor showers were pretty awesome. Included continental breakfast each day, lunch from area delis, with the choice of salads, sandwiches or wraps. Plenty of comfortable loungers, and lots of large soft towel to use about the pool. Lots of umbrellas as well to protect you from the glowing sun. Clothing optional, men only. Pool is large and heated, hot tub is very warm and clean. Outdoor fire pit and a separate dedicated smoker's corner.They have a cantina that is open 24 hours, and you can get coffee, drinks, water and some snacks out of there. No bar, but when people leave alcohol it is put in there for you to enjoy. The staff here is excellent and very accommodating. The groundskeeper, I don't think I saw him take a break the entire 8 days we were there. Kent the manager is the perfect person to be at Santiago. Very friendly and walked around everyday to make sure everyone was doing well and to see if anyone needed anything. Rick at the front desk was great as well, had lots of recommendation for local restaurants and things to do. There are also bicycles for you to use, and off street parking. Lastly, the are a ton of hummingbirds which live on thei property, pretty amazing to see them just hovering right in front of you. We booked a return trip on our second day there.

If I were being selfish, I’d give this place a terrible review just to keep it all to myself, but that wouldn’t be fair. Santiago Resort is nothing short of exceptional. The accommodations are top-notch, the common areas are beautifully maintained, and the atmosphere strikes that perfect balance between relaxing and social. What truly sets it apart, though, is the people. Kent and the entire team go above and beyond to make every guest feel genuinely welcome and taken care of. It’s the kind of place that feels special the moment you arrive and keeps you planning your return before you’ve even left.

Husband and I had a wonderful experience. Service was great and the rooms and amenities were wonderful. Would highly recommend.
