The staff is so nice!!! Rakesh at the restaurant by the pool was so kind to us and amazing. Our room is amazing. I never want to leave!

Amazing staycation! We hiked, hit the pool, rode scooters to dinner at Matilda’s, ate candy, rewatched Stranger Things, then hit the pool again in the morning! Thank you Hotel Oark City for a wonderful reset!

We live about 30 minutes from Park City, but have been staying at The Hotel Park City 3-4 times/year for many years as a couple and occasionally with our kids. It is our favorite local staycation spot. We have dinner at the Ruth’s Chris that is attached to the hotel, walk over to our room and occasionally golf the Park City Golf Course that is on property the following morning. All three of those things are exceptional.We travel a lot and stay in high end places often, but the standard rooms at this hotel are nicer and better appointed than pretty much everywhere we stay. Their upgraded cabins with private hot tubs on the private decks are even more outstanding! Views of the mountains and golf course are outstanding. The property is extremely peaceful and well taken care of. I can’t say enough good about this resort property. The staff is always nice and accommodating as well.

Kind of disappointed in a few things here. First the good: very nice room w an amazing view. Large jetted tub, small useable kitchen, clean and neat - loved the room. Except for the lawn mowing at 6am, But we did sleep with the door open because we wanted to hear the birds and the weather was beautiful. So once I shut the door wasn't so bad but still who mows lawns at 6:00 a.m. Where it fell short: they kept promoting s'mores. We're super excited, but there was no fire, when we asked the guy that started was not a very happy person, but he didn't do it right, the front desk person seemed completely disheveled and overworked, she was riding around doing everything she could. She works really hard, but they never got the fire started and we went back to get it again. It never got done. Nobody went back over. We basically just got stuck with uncooked s'mores. Room service is another issue, we ordered breakfast and is it it would take 35 minutes which is okay. When I got the food it was pretty cold, we got eggs benedict and the eggs were completely cooked. I basically had hard-boiled egg Benedict, not appetizing. The potatoes were cold. The food looked like it been sitting there for quite a while like probably why it was overcooked the Hollandaise was cold. It was very unappetizing. Your coffee was like like tinted water. I know that was not good. It was our anniversary so it was supposed to be special night, I know it's not your fault but Ruth Chris was not that good. It felt like it was 90° in there. But that was your only dining option for dinner. We also did the spa and the masseuses were absolutely amazing. But your jet tubs weren't working. We did a couple things but we had pretty much her means separated the whole time. We thought we'd be able to go to the pool and they said yeah go ahead but they didn't tell us we needed a key because we went to the spa before we checked in and we got stuck out by the pool. Trying to figure out how to get back to the spa in a robes little embarrassing walking through the hotel and robes and had to go all the way around the building. So it was just an awkward kind of situation. But when things go sideways a little bit, it kind of sets the tone for the whole visit. You have really good people there. They work really hard. I feel like you might need a little bit more manager at presents or put some kind of assistance in place so these problems don't crop up. I used to manage at the Hyatt so I understand the expectations. How you get overboard and how it's hard to get things done when you've got a corporate arm controlling you. This is no reflection on the the staff, this is a management and systems issue.

We booked a one-night stay here as a birthday getaway, and it was a huge disappointment. This property is listed as a 5-star hotel, but it is nowhere near that standard. The hotel is okay, but the mattress felt like it was made from whatever someone could find in a closet. It was incredibly uncomfortable. Our backs and necks were in so much pain that we couldn't make it through the night. To make matters worse, our room was located near the lobby, and around 1:00 a.m. we could hear a huge crowd in the lobby being loud and disruptive. Between the uncomfortable bed and the constant noise, we ended up packing our things and leaving at 2:00 a.m. to drive back to Salt Lake. This was the biggest waste of $480 we've ever spent. It was a horrible experience, and we would not recommend staying here.
