River House at Odette's

One of my all time favorite hotels. Beautiful rooms and walking distance to New Hope. The restaurant at the hotel is also fantastic.

Thanks to Dana and the team here for making my brother's proposal on the roof turn out perfect down to every detail. Dana was super communicative and made sure there were no issues with setup and helped every step of the way.

We stayed in a suite for our anniversary. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed. Our room wasn't quite ready, so we went up for a late lunch. When our keys were brought to us at the restaurant, we were told that our lunch would be on the house, and we thought it was such a kind gesture for the slight inconvenience of the room not being ready. The room was beautiful and clean, and the view of the river was beautiful. We did splurge on the Hearts in the River package, and I’d say it probably wasn't worth it, but it was nice. We had dinner at the restaurant, and our champagne toast was brought out a tad late during our meal, but again appreciated. I felt like it could have been excellent, but they kept forgetting the little things. The main reason for the 3-star review was that our room at night was soooooo hot! Neither my husband nor I could sleep. It was 75 the entire night, and the air would not turn on. When we finally did fall asleep, we were awoken by either construction vehicles or trash backing up and turning on the loud beeping sound for at least 5 minutes at 6:18 AM. That happened right outside our side balcony. It was worse than an alarm clock. To pay over $1000 for the night, including the Hearts on the River package, and then to have that overnight experience, was unacceptable. We paid to not sleep! We did utilize the bikes and went to New Hope and Lambertsville, which was nice. They lost electricity when we got back from our bike ride, so showering in the dark and getting ready wasn't an option, and again, the room was warm. At checkout, no one was around, so we left. I really wanted to love it, but there were just too many issues for a very expensive 1-night experience. If you charge those rates, the room must be top-notch, and if you're experiencing issues with the air conditioning or electricity in the room, there should be a reduction in the cost of the room. I’m sure this was probably a fluke and doesn't happen often, but it did for our 25th-anniversary special night.

I have stayed here on multiple occasions and love the rooms and location! I also do work with this fantastic location running Hi-Tech Scavenger Hunts and Game Shows under Blu Tech Events. Come check out this location you won't be disappointed!!

Food is fantastic, service can be hit or miss but worth it for the ambiance and food

We had a terrible experience at this hotel this past weekend. We were expecting a riverview and instead got a "mountain view" as they call it which is basically a view of the street. The windows were filthy dirty which only added to the disappointment of not getting a riverview. The room was not very clean to begin with ...dusty on the surfaces, little hairs in the bathroom, etc...and then was not made up after our first day there. There were flies in the room that kept us awake. Both nights we tried to call the front desk and housekeeping multiple times and no one answered the phone. When we spoke with the manager before we left, she made excuses and was way too defensive. She promised to call us after speaking with the general manager and we have yet to hear from either one of them. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

I was scheduled to stay here this past weekend for a wedding. Unfortunately there was an issue with the room prior to my arrival. The staff went above and beyond to assist us with accommodations in a nearby Hotel. They were extremely courteous. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a wedding or event or staying here. It is absolutely beautiful overlooking the river.

Siper Nice place to Me , they have nice restaurant in first floor, nicely decorated, food was amazing and fast, near by the river, frendly workers .

We went for brunch at Riverhouse. We did not stay over in the hotel so cannot comment on that. First off, this place has the most chaotic unorganized parking lot I have ever witnessed before. This is NOT valet parkings fault. This is due to the construction of the establishment. Traffic backs up to the roadway creating such an unorganized mess. While the view is nice, the service & food is mediocre at best for the prices they charge. We were expecting outstanding foot. That did not happen. We drove a distance to “check it out” but will not be returning.

NEVER AGAIN!! Had such a disappointing stay at the Guest House, especially for almost 1k a night. Multiple issues including no hot water in one of the bathrooms, small flying bugs everywhere including on the beds, in the showers and sinks, on the walls, curtains fell off the wall when we went to open, thermostat locked at 68 degrees during 97 degree heat wave so boiling at night, vents in bathrooms were filthy, etc. There was so many bugs outside you couldn’t even sit on the porch. Was promised at checkout a manager would call to discuss which never happened. It was supposed to be a special birthday trip, which was ruined needless to say.
