The Pensacola Beach Resort

I was invited to a post wedding day after Bruch/Breakfast. Food and service was fantastic. The views from the veranda were astounding. I didn't rate the rooms as I didn't see them...BUT based on everything else I saw...probably the place I will stay on my next visit to Pensacola!

My recent stay at The Pensacola Beach Resort exceeded expectations in every respect. From arrival to departure, the level of hospitality and customer service was truly outstanding. The staff consistently demonstrated professionalism, attentiveness, and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. A special recognition goes to Taylor at the front desk, who was exceptionally helpful throughout our stay and ensured that every question and request was handled promptly and courteously. Likewise, Tobias in the resort’s dining venue, Windrose, provided remarkable service. He quickly became our regular server and was always attentive, personable, and proactive. Most notably, he helped arrange an excellent table for a birthday celebration within our group, making the occasion even more memorable. One of the highlights of the resort is its dining experience. The on-site restaurants offer excellent food and service, making it entirely possible to enjoy a wonderful vacation without ever needing to leave the property. Every meal we had was delicious, and the restaurant staff consistently provided attentive and friendly service. The resort itself is beautifully maintained, exceptionally clean, and thoughtfully designed. The guest rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, and the overall atmosphere perfectly captures Pensacola Beach. The property’s amenities, including the pool area, beach acces, create a true resort experience. The resort’s location along Pensacola Beach is a major advantage. During our stay, we experienced an issue with the air conditioning in our room. While the initial repair attempt did not resolve the problem, the management team responded immediately and professionally. They upgraded us to another room without hesitation and provided a generous discount for the inconvenience. What could have been a negative experience instead became an example of excellent customer service and a management team that genuinely values its guests. Overall, I have virtually nothing negative to say about The Pensacola Beach Resort. I would gladly return.

Glow Paddle was fun

Beds are comfy. Room service food good. Would be nice if they had some variety with coffee instead of just black coffee. When u get up off the toilet make sure glass shower door is closed- otherwise u will crash into it! Sink is like a plate not a bowl. Expect to get wet if u have something nice on. I waited an hour on a Thursday 1245-145 for an ironing board because it wasn’t in the room. Not happy being held hostage in my room waiting.

This place is top notch. We stay here every time we visit Pensacola. Right on the beach. Staff is exceptional. It is just far enough to not be filled with tourists and still close enough to walk to the Pier.

Service was outstanding g as every ody went out of their way to be friendly and accommodating. My only issue was the pool deck had a bit of a live bug issue. Not fatal but you noticed.

This hotel is right on the beach, which was convenient and perfect for us. The staff is all friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, our room was not clean on arrival. There was a ball of hair in the shower from the previous guests, and the floors felt sandy. They couldn’t change our room, so they did a full-service clean at our request. The property overall is a bit dated and could use a facelift.
