The Sanctuary of the Treasure Coast is the area's LGBTQ+ community organisation, a non-profit founded in Port St. Lucie in March 2021 that now counts more than 3,000 members. It runs peer support groups, grief groups, help with jobs and healthcare, and clinics for gender-affirming care and legal name changes.
It also organises Treasure Coast PrideFest at the St. Lucie County Fairgrounds, which had its 21st edition on 25 April 2026. A permanent space near US-1 and Prima Vista Boulevard was due to open in early 2026 (WQCS, December 2025). Check thesanctuaryofthetreasurecoast.org for the address and group times before you go.
