The Point Casino & Hotel is a casino resort in Kingston, Washington, run by the Port Gamble S'Klallam Tribe. It combines a gaming floor, on-site dining and a hotel, and is listed here as a gay-friendly mainstream property rather than an LGBTQ+ venue. Kingston is the ferry landing for the Edmonds route, so the hotel is a practical overnight stop for people crossing Puget Sound or touring the Kitsap and Olympic peninsulas around Poulsbo. Google reviewers give it about 4.1 from more than 3,300 reviews. There is no gay nightlife on this side of the Sound; Seattle's Capitol Hill is the nearest scene, reached by ferry and car.

Nice rooms, awful shower...rain shower with restricted flow is a bad combination. Good luck shampooing. Casino is very nice and clean.

I want to give a big shout out to the security and staff here at the point casino!! I came in with one of my friends this night and well unfortunately I have suffered from epilepsy and have most my life so I'm so used to my seizures but for others watching this happen can be a very scary and hard thing to do. I woke up on the floor and the only thing I remember is the faces of the security team forming a circle around me to make sure I was safe and secure while this was happening.... The security staff was very sweet and patient with me and it was the way they handled things that made it easier for me to wake up and be normal again so I really want the night security team to know how thankful I am for there kindness and complete respect they showed me I will always remember this experience so thank you again for helping me when I truly needed it!!

Things that are great about the point, casino is 24 hours. It’s a respectable size without being too overwhelming, some dining with decent food, great coffees, suites are huge and quite nice. Reasons why I’ve dropped my rating from 5 to 3 stars is while they used to have some of the best payouts compared to the surrounding casinos that is no longer true. Hard pressed to get much play out of $200, even when being stringent which I’ve come to expect of the casinos that are in the process of expanding and building huge hotels and additional entertainment but that’s not the case with the point so where’s the money? I used to love to see the art and unique purchases you could make in the casino’s main entrance area but they’ve done away with most of that. Security is kind of useless, they used to allow individuals to borrow a wheelchair as it can be quite a lot of walking for those who might have temporary or new mobility issues they don’t anymore. And if you lose something say a wallet or phone you can bet (and lose twice) that they will make even a vague attempt to find or return it to you. At 7 cedars in Sequim i was on a winning streak and managed to up and walk away from a machine which still had $60 in it, they reviewed their cameras and came and found me on another machine and gave it back to me in cash. That was unexpected and awesome. Another drawback of the point is that there’s not much else around. No easy beach access or walking trails, not much shopping, nor restaurants. The common nickname is Point, no Point and unfortunately that does seem to be the case.
