You get what you pay for. Beware it is a smokers motel, so if you dont enjoy the smell or have very sensitive nose, this is not a place for you. Bathrooms usually have issues, broken faucets, lack of hot or cold water, broken toilets. TV likes to stop working occasionally. Few towels given, very dark at night with small lamp. Front Desk sometimes isnt friendly, dont try to complain because its not a fun experience. Some rooms are not cleaned after guest. But for the price it is what it is. Roaches roam around so beware.

!!!!!ROACHES, SMELLY, BED BUGS, RUDE STAFF!!!!!!!!!! the hotel was disgusting and run down. while packing up to checkout i put my shoes on and two roaches crawled out of my shoe and onto my foot. I opened the night stand drawer and found SIX roaches in it. I spoke with the lady at the desk and she was extremely rude and stated that "this is a budget hotel" and she admitted they had a bed bug and roach problem but since i checked in early they didn't have time to clean the room?? what an odd thing to lie about. Despite the video i took of the night stand roaches, the lady rolled her eyes and told me i shouldn't have booked online. The place smelled awful and like smoke. everything was either dirty or broken. DO NOT COME HERE

I've been harassed by the housekeepers daily they have bed bugs and roaches they never clean my room I've been here for about a year they come in and put towels in my room they don't clean sweep dump trash etc etc I had an issue about a sign the other day so one of the housekeepers wanted to say something to me out of pocket so today was the do not disturb sound on my door she knocks on my room the housekeeper asked me when does my check out time she needs to get into clean my room when I'm in the room when my check out date is the next day I was told after 2 days I can no longer come back to the hotel why because the housekeeper and the lady downstairs who told me her name was Sarah which I was told that was incorrect a while back I have pictures of bed bugs videos of the harassment from the housekeepers banging on the walls etc I will be posting soon do not stay here

The way I was treated from the time I got there was crazy. I'm currently moving from VA Beach here to Richmond and I can honestly say it's by far the worst. This stay topped the cake. This was my first time saying and the moment I found out there were bed bugs in my room I reported it because for one I wasn't going to unpack my things the lady fussed saying we had too much stuff. I explained it only looks like that due to me keeping everything together because I believe something is in my room biting us. She didn't want to move us. I booked a room next door and we moved the stuff over Sunday night. While moving our things we got down to the last part and then we were going to sweep up the room everything else was done, my girls left a box they were going back for only to catch the housekeeper going in our things when they returned to get it. I found out the housekeeper took pics of the rooms right before we were finished moving I later found out she blocked my reservation from the other hotel due to me informing her of her bed bugs. I never raised my voice or got nasty with anyone and I could have but what good was that. At the end of the day you hotel still has bed bugs . . . .just fix the problem.

The room had more roaches than stars in the sky, which immediately made the stay feel unsanitary and unacceptable. In addition, there were signs of bed bugs, the bed covers caused itching, and the curtains had visible stains, all of which raised serious concerns about cleanliness. The housekeeping staff appears to be doing their best under the circumstances, but the conditions suggest deeper, ongoing issues. Unfortunately, the front desk experience made matters worse. An older woman working the desk was rude and dismissive, and even the slightest request was treated as if it were a problem. Guests should not feel uncomfortable for asking reasonable questions or requesting assistance. Overall, this stay was stressful and unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel and will be reporting the conditions to the appropriate health authorities.

BED BUG INFESTED!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE THEY BANNED ME BECAUSE ME AND MY 1 year old daughter GOT BIT BY THE BED BUGS AND I WANTED A REFUND I HAD TO SLEEP IN MY CAR AT 4 IN THE MORNING UNTIL 8 AND STILL HAD TO FIGHT FOR A REFUND SO THEY BANNED ME FROM THE WHOLE BLOCK WARNING DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Not bad clean quiet

Health Department will be called. First off the little old lady at the front desk is quite rude. It is infested with roaches and bed bugs. The sink did not have running water which is a BIG NO! Rooms are only being spot cleaned. There was trash on the floor even after the room was “cleaned”. They only mop to make it smell clean. Bathroom had not been swept or mopped proving that it is spot cleaned. Cigarettes burns in linens and bedding but it’s supposed to be a smoke free facility. Disgusting. I saw a roach crawling on the front desk attendant while inspecting my room and he flicked it off in the room I would have been staying in.

My job put me up in this hotel for two days the front desk is cool but the housekeepers are very rude and disrespectful they're banging on doors before 11am the earliest for me was 10:19am and not only that they are throwing furniture against the walls next to adjacent rooms deliberately, very rude and hateful.

RUNNNN DONT WALK…. BED BUGS IN THE BED AND FRONT DESK REFUSE TO GIVE MONEY BACK AND TRYING TO ARGUE ABOUT THE CONDITION OF THE ROOM. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE OR BEDBUGS WILL TAKE OVER. DO NOT STAY HERE ITS CHEAP BECAUSE THE PLACE IS NASTY LOOK AT THE RATINGS… THEY NEED TO CLOSE THE DOORS IT IS AWFUL!!!!!
