All that's been said is true...clean, comfortable, and convenient. Odd layout: registration is in front/streetside, parking in rear. Once parked, guests must walk around to front entrance for check-in. Just plain odd.
I would have given it 5 stars except we never got our room cleaned in 5 days. I did put the sign out on the door the night before,however, when I left in the morning I took the sign down and they were maids in the hall way so I figured with no sign on the door she would clean it. But, it never happened.
We had issues at check in with system creating multiple reservations under my name and placing two holds on saved credit cards. The agent could not fully correct at check in and assured us the manager would resolve. He also advised that he would update our reservation to the better military rate after I provided ID card. I checked in after charges appeared on our cards during stay, prior to check out and at check out without resolution. I sent two emails and left messages for manager Lance Ritich. He never responded to emails and more than 2 weeks later has not been in touch to offer satisfactory resolution. Worst customer service Hyatt experience to date after staying at multiple properties in US and abroad for more than a decade.
The front desk staff needs to be trained in helpfulness, courtesy and friendliness. It was also disappointing that there was no room service. In fact, no restaurant food was available, period, until 8:00 p.m. Frankly, I expected more from a Hyatt. I would never stay here again.
