Salem Capital Pride

Salem Capital Pride is the volunteer non-profit behind Salem's Pride events. Its main one, Pride in the Park, is a free festival in Riverfront Park in September: it was on Saturday 20 September 2025 and Saturday 19 September 2026, 11am to 6pm. In 2026 it also held a June Pride march from the State Capitol, followed by a downtown block party, on 13 June. Its website keeps the most complete calendar of queer events in the area, from drag nights at Southside Speakeasy to PFLAG socials, youth groups and queer hikes. That makes it the first thing to check if you're visiting.
