Check in here only after exhausting your best and better options. Pillows have a musty smell and flat, especially on the 7th floor. Walls are also paper thin so you can hear your neighboring rooms moans and cries. Service is not the best, no business center, staff cannot even accommodate late checkout requests for even Gold and Elite tier members. I’ve traveled globally across multiple hotel chains and this is by far the worst, do not recommend staying here.

I travel to Santa Clara/San Jose area quite often for work. There are many hotels to choose from in this area, as it is a very common area people travel for work/sporting events/concerts. I would never willingly choose to stay at this hotel over any of the other ones in the surrounding area ever again. I’ve consistently gotten an attitude from the front desk staff like at every interaction. Some have appeared as if it’s an inconvenience to even speak to them and all but roll their eyes. Whoever was working the front desk the evening of Aug 04, 2026 was worst offender. They allow people to smoke cigarettes right outside the front door (literally right in front of the signs that say no smoking), so the entryway often smells of cigarette smoke when entering and exiting. After the first day they leave a dessert/fruit in your room, which is a nice touch. I nibbled on mine for the first day, but then pushed it to the side when finished with it. The cleaning staff let it set there for five days and grow mold all over it. I had to set it out in the hall just to get them to take it. There are other hotels next door that all of my employees normally stay at and rave about, but I normally like to stay at Hiltons. I will be staying at the others for all future travel to this area and recommending to all of the employees in my company I send down here to do the same. What a shame.

You have a TV at the room but it's looked only for Hilton TV , very boring!

I came here on a business trip and so far it’s been really nice. It’s not too far from where I work. I’d definitely stay here again.
