Very good travel hotel

There were bees and bugs flying out of the bathroom fan and wall light fixture next to the bed. I notified staff that night after checking in, they did not seem surprised or think it was urgent. I went to work that night hoping I’d have a Roman when I returned 12 hours later. No. I fell asleep after my shift waiting for a room to be cleaned so I could transfer, and woke up to three more bees on me, the bath towels, and the light. I grabbed my belongings and went to the lobby. I said there’s more bees and they’re coming out of the figures. The two staff members including the female maintenance manager were not surprised, and I waited in the lobby. I came to this hotel a lot for work, but sadly have not returned after that experience with staff. No urgency, no apologies.

Same food for breakfast every morning. We were there for 5 days. Pool area not cleaned. We were not given any information about breakfast times or where it was held. Staff friendly but not informative.

We stayed 3 days. Highlight was the Reagan Presidential Library. We didn't need room service, but they left a note on our door to call them for anything and we did. They were at our door in under 5min. Awesome service on a very busy weekend.

Refurbished hotel so it’s nice but you can tell the bathrooms and mattresses are aging. Smaller rooms but overall very good location and service. Price was a bit cheaper than the newer hotels. Had to dock a star for only one working elevator

Convenient location, spacious rooms, and excellent service This hotel is in a great location, very close to the highway, and parking was extremely convenient. The room itself was quite spacious. When I checked in, the front desk staff was incredibly welcoming and even gave me complimentary water and cookies, which was a lovely touch. The breakfast offered a great variety, and the pricing was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this place!

Beds were hard as rocks. When we asked for a room with a softer bed, we were told all the beds were the same. Everyone in the hallways and parking lot were complaining about the beds being hard also, so it wasn't just us. One girl that worked up front was really nice, but the guy at the counter in the evenings was not very friendly. The towels and washcloths were small and thin. The shower head needed to be replaced as water only came out a few holes. The hot water in the shower would switch to cold, then back to hot, which was shocking. There also was no coffee in the containers down stairs several days in a row. Location was good for outskirts of LA, and the afternoon cookies that were there one of the days were awesome.
