My go-to for Scottsdale quality Clean value quiet

Love the jacuzzi rooms! They do have a reputation of not giving back the deposit. At least that’s how it was a few years ago. Other than that it’s a great hotel loved the location.

Clean rooms very nice quiet and pleasant area

I travel for work about 10 times a year and I typically stay in big chain hotels but recently I stayed at the Scottsdale Parkview Hotel based on the reviews from a booking app and I was very impressed. The facility and my room were very clean, my bed/ pillows were like clouds and I met the owner in the morning. She was a very sweet woman who i could tell was passionate about her hotel. I hope I return to the Scottsdale area again because I know where I'll be staying. Thank you Ann and the Scottsdale Parkview Hotel

The front desk was so nice. But we were late and I was tired and the rooms are miles from the front desk. Our room didn’t open. The front desk came and tried to - no luck. Had to get a new room. It was not fun at 2 am. Then a bunch of loud people were outside a room. The bed was comfy. And they let a late checkout.

It was good until our last day loud people outside our room making a bunch of racket at 3:00 in the morning.

A year later I stayed at this same location while apartment searching with my husband. The staff was very accommodating with me adding additional days to my stay and Rocio Suarez was amazing at the front desk also cleaning crew and maintenance was awesome. Definitely recommend. It’s a nice view of the park across the street as well.

I would give this hotel zero stars if I could. I was sent here via a taxi and hotel voucher by American Airlines after a flight delay overnight. Despite being exhausted after a long day of travel, I immediately felt unsafe and uneasy upon walking into the lobby. The lobby was absolutely filthy. The moment you walk in, you are hit with an overpowering, sickly, dirty smell—it smelled like a combination of neglect, filth, and a funky druggy and chemical odor. The area looked neglected and dirty. The man managing the check-in desk was the most obnoxious, unprofessional, and rude person I have ever encountered in the hospitality industry. He was shouting on the phone at another employee regarding a maintenance issue (yelling about a "battery that was supposed to be changed"), completely disregarding the guests standing in front of him. When he addressed me, he was dismissive, loud, and incredibly rude. I did NOT end up staying there. It was extremely late and I was tired, but I did not feel comfortable or safe, nor did I believe for a second the rooms would be even close to sanitary. I chose to pay for an Uber and a different hotel to ensure a safe and clean night's sleep.If an airline offers you a voucher for this hotel, refuse it. Save your sanity and safety and book somewhere else.

I booked the room for a week to work in the area. I'm pleased so far. Greeting was nice! Lobby clean and inviting ❤️‍🔥 Looks like there may be a breakfast 🤤 Room is clean and decent for the price that I booked for. 💤😴 Beds are heaven 😇 very comfy. I have ventured out a bit there's a gym and a beautiful pool, can't wait to hit both.

Best kept secret in Scottsdale! Location is great, we only use the room for sleep and the beds were really comfortable, cool, dark room.
