The Boylston Hotel Capitol Hill

Excellent Hotel, with excellent location and pricing. Nice, clean rooms with really comfortable decor. Definitely a go to when in town. Close to activities and restaurants. 5 stars, would recommend!

So I was visiting Pike Place Market and got ice cream even though I’m lactose intolerant, fully knowing that was gonna become a problem later. After that I went thrifting at a Goodwill, and out of nowhere I got hit with the most violent stomach pain imaginable. I knew it was an emergency. So I rushed to a nearby Safeway and asked to use the bathroom, but they told me they didn’t have a public restroom. At this point the situation was critical. I was fighting for my life. Then I stumbled into a hotel with the poop practically crowning and begged them to let me use their bathroom. Thankfully they said yes. And honestly, that bathroom changed my life. It had a bidet, everything was spotless, it felt like pure luxury. I went from complete panic to inner peace in like 30 seconds.

Shady area, no parking, no elevator. However the staff was very nice. The room although small was clean and well equipped.

The room itself and our customer service experience was underwhelming but it’s hard to beat a night out at cap hill w/o needing an uber. At check-in, we were told they were at capacity despite having already reserved the room on Expedia with a confirmation email. We then waited maybe 10 minutes while front desk staff figured where we could stay. Absolutely no view aside from the neighboring apartment building. It would have been nice to have some privacy for the shower that’s right by the door to the room, but only one section is frosted glass. The AC worked great and having access to a nespresso was nice.

A really great location, room was nice and I will probably stay here again next time I am in Seattle! Staff was friendly and kind!

Hotels in Seattle are expensive so this place offers great value for what I paid for. Quiet neighborhood and very good location. I liked it.

Love love love this place! Great location in the middle of Cap hill. Cute hotel with everything you need. I like that we can get water, toilet paper and other stuff in the hallway. Quite cheap for the area compared to other hotels. Jeremiah was incredibly friendly and helpful! Thank you so much Boylston staff! I will definitely recommend to my friends. :)

Had a hiccup but was quickly resolved. Otherwise lovely stay.

Great price, very clean, quiet, all new condition; great location. If you are one person without a car it would be hard to beat. But, even for just two people, almost everything had at least one significant issue. Parking is a big negative: street is best but very hard to find and look for hours when paid parking starts/ends; be ready to move the car early in the morning. The rooms are small and tight, even two people have a hard time keeping out of each others way. Tho a queen, the bed was too short for my 6' husband. The room lights are hard to figure out how to control.
