Spectrum Center Spokane is a community support organization providing resources, peer support and gender-affirming services for LGBTQ+ people in the Spokane area. Based on North Monroe Street on the near north side, it serves as a drop-in and referral hub for the local queer and trans community, complementing the youth-focused Odyssey Youth Movement and the HIV-services work of the Spokane AIDS Network.
