Days Inn by Wyndham Downtown St. Louis

First off want to say we accidentally booked a smoking room we dont smoke and they accommodate and move us to a non smoking floor. The room they moved us into smells like sewer gas and when you flush the toilet water leaks around it. Raj said their is nothing he can do about it. So management is horrible. BUT I,can say, Michelle on night shift is a gem. If DAYS IN had more of her they would be so much better. Build a clone machine and clone Michelle.

1st night was awful. Was placed in smoking room. No other rooms were available. Smoke in hallways on 3rd floor. Had very good desk people who found me a no smok8ng room on a different floor on a different day. Stayed 3 nights. Breakfast was below average. No Spring water or juice was available at breakfast. Even the juice and water machine was not working and I was charged. Suppose to be credited back but haven't received the credit back as of yet. Positive: the room the 2nd and 3rd night was much better.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Super clean rooms very nice staff. Everyone has been so kind. The rooms are not that much for what you get. Totally affordable . We will return

Worst hotel experience. The entire hotel smelled strongly of tobacco and weed everywhere. The beds were very uncomfortable, and the AC was not cooling properly, making the room very hot and uncomfortable to sleep in. Breakfast was extremely disappointing. Apart from bread and cold milk, there was almost nothing to eat — no fruits, eggs, or any decent breakfast options. Definitely not recommended for families or anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

Stayed at Days Inn in St Louis downtown and had a clean nice room. Breakfast was free with cereals bread pancakes and coffee. Room size was just fine and comfortable. Dining area was small and limited in space. Rooms were cleaned every day which was a big plus. Free parking was available but surroundings felt like abandoned business areas.

The area surrounding the building seemed a bit sketchy and unsafe. Inside of the building smelled like cigarette smoke. Rooms were clean and tidy and very spacious so that was a plus. The breakfast was okay...not many options to choose from.

Nothing bad to say really... jus be careful.

Ok so I really don’t understand the negative reviews!! Maybe it’s because this place is under new management. This hotel has night security. It’s clean. The 2 new managers day shift guys seem genuinely nice and efficient at doing their jobs! My favorite so far from my stay has been the night girl, she goes above and beyond at her job. Not only that but she’s knows all the best spots to eat and gives the absolute best recommendations. What stands out to me though is the way she handles herself she is very very nice friendly but she won’t take any bullcrap and keeps things around the night shift in line and running smoothly.

2 females and a 5 year old made a spur of the moment weekend trip, we reserved this hotel. area doesn’t look the best but our stay made up for it, breakfast was minimal but enough to get you full. everyone was super friendly and took care of anything we needed! definitely recommend if you can look past the area!

Never again will I stay here it was gross and reeked of weed plus the store next door was full of people fighting and overdosing on the bathrooms one of the worst ones I've stayed at honestly
