Best place to stay 🙌

Loved the entire experience! The room was modern, super clean and had everything we could possibly need at our fingertips. Pool was amazing, and location was perfect to walk everywhere we needed to go. Highly recommend, and the price was unbeatable!

Helpful and friendly staff, quiet clean rooms and facilities, and at an excellent location - traffic and parking can be a little stressful if you choose not to do the Valet parking, however this is to be expected in a downtown area, and there are plenty of bars, restaurants, and nearby activities that there is no shortage of things to do within walking distance - the virtual check-in and virtual front desk are very convenient and responsive as well!

Absolutely loved this place. The studio we stayed at was very spacious, clean, and beautiful. The building is also located in a great spot in the middle of downtown St Pete. So many restaurants and bars nearby to choose from. 10/10 I only want to stay here every time I come to St Pete

Am a repeated guest at the Mint. The stay is nice for the price, location is great. Am having issues with Kasa. Before Kasa there was early check in like there usually is almost anywhere you stay. Now they charge you almost a nights rate to go into your room 2 hours early $50 and parking is $120. Seems like they just want to make a dollar anywhere they can and that’s not right. 4PM check in is just ridiculous . Paying for 72 hours and only there for 60 hours. Will reconsider before booking again.

Wonderful place to stay for Ray baseball games. Location was also very convenient to restaurants and bars nearby. The rooms have full kitchens which came in handy.

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff! Quiet chill spot! Loved my stay there! Just don't want too many people to know how good it is, because I want to be selfish and have it all to myself!!! Lol

Wonderful very clean and very affordable hotel. I love the smart technology that this hotel has. My only issues which didn’t sway my 5 stats were that the shower pressure was a little substandard and the toilet was very very low to the ground.

Had a great stay at Mint House. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The location was excellent and made it easy to get around and enjoy the area. Check-in was simple, and the property was well maintained throughout my stay. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area saw Rays Redsox easy walk to the trop 🤙🏻
