Marriott Syracuse Downtown

Stayed for a week we had a blast fantastic location in the heart of everything!

Very disappointed. We won a gift certificate through a church event and we were excited to reserve a room. We made the reservation over the phone (more than three weeks in advance as noted on the certificate) and explained that we would be using a gift certificate. The gentleman on the phone said it was no problem and to just present the gift certificate when we arrived. We did a mobile check-in shortly before arriving. When we arrived and presented the gift certificate, the manager on duty said that she can't honor the gift certificate anymore since we did mobile check-in. This was somewhat frustrating to hear since we were never made aware to not do mobile check-in. We were looking forward to spending our night there. If we visit again, we hope there will be less confusion.

I attended a convention here. We were mostly in the beautiful ballroom. We had coffee and water service. They were well kept up. I am looking forward to next year's convention.

This property is outstanding. From the moment you walk in you can see how Marriott has chosen to preserve its history yet add modern touches that fit in well. This team continues into the rooms as well. You will find a very comfortable room that is well appointed for you to relax and enjoy your time away from your home.

Was there for a wedding. The grand ballroom was awesome
