Adobe Rose Inn Bed and Breakfast

Dina was a beautiful hostess. We were sorry we were there for just one night....next time. We will recommend Adobe Rose to all those we know visiting Tuscon. Thank you Dina. Delicious pancake breakfast BTW.

Beautiful rooms and home. Centrally located. Dina was an amazing host and excellent cook. I wish I had booked to stay longer.

My wife and I stayed at the lovely Adobe Rose Inn for the 2nd time from 06/18/26 to 06/23/26 and had another wonderful experience. While the Inn had new owners since our 1st stay, I can honestly say that things were even nicer. First, the location is ideal, being located in the historic Sam Hughes neighborhood and within walking distance to the University of Arizona campus. Second, the Inn is beautiful both outside and inside. The southwest decor is amazing and the outdoor spaces are full of beautiful trees and plants that create a wonderful atmosphere and feeling of calm and relaxation. Innkeeper Dina couldn't have been a better host and her breakfasts were out of this world. Attached are a couple of representative photos. We highly recommend a stay at the Adobe Rose Inn the next time you visit Tucson, one of the nicest cities in America.

Excellent classic B&B experience! Breakfast was wonderful, and everything is clean and comfortable.

We spent several days here and loved every moment of it. We booked the Atanacia room, with direct access to the pool and we spent most of our afternoons out on the patio. A wonderful shady spot with cushioned lounge chairs where we watched the glistening water surrounded by bougainvillea and other flowering desert plants. It’s in a super quiet neighborhood; Dina creates a nice ambiance with soft soothing music on the patio. We used the floating chairs in the pool to stay cooled off after a swim! Dina is an experienced innkeeper and hostess and served breakfast every day where we ate in our choice of the many beautiful dining areas of the home. The authentic southwestern furniture and unique art and decor makes your Tucson experience perfect. This is a wonderful spot to relax and unwind. The peaceful vibe becomes your home away from home. Go for it!

I stayed for 3 nights in the Casita room at the Adobe Rose Inn and couldn't have been happier. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet with a small studio for sitting at the end of the day. Dina is a helpful and warm host, and a terrific cook - every day she prepared a healthy and plentiful breakfast that kept me full though out the day. The inn is located in the Sam Hughes area which is a lovely neighborhood, providing easy access to the many attractions in Tucson. I would have no reservation of staying with Dina again should I come back to the Abode Rose Inn in the future!

Wonderful quiet and comfortable inn. Very friendly and helpful staff, gorgeous gardens, terrific breakfast, nice pool. A real oasis.

We had an incredible stay at the Adobe Rose Inn. A big beautiful room with an amazing bathroom (the stained glass is especially great) and the smell of the orange blossoms from the trees just outside; and delicious homemade breakfasts on the patio by the pool, with the bougainvilla blooming like crazy. And the hosts were warm and welcoming. Can't recommend highly enough!

We stayed at the Adobe Rose Inn for five nights. The property is beautiful and very well maintained. Our host, Dina, made our stay even better. She had great recommendations for activities and places to eat, she also provided an interesting and delicious breakfast every day. Book a stay with them, you will not be disappointed!

This place is cozy, beautiful and peaceful. Dina is the most fantastic, accommodating, and sweetest hostess. Her breakfasts are so yummy! Rooms were clean and cozy and I loved the soaking tub in our bathroom (Sam Hughes room). We were there with our family as part of our Arizona elopement adventure and it did not disappoint. This is my second time at the Adobe Rose and I hope to be there again and again!

Quality B&B in historic district, nice clean rooms in "spanish style" building. Friendly and accommodating host. Breakfast 8-9am.
