Hotel Melby Downtown Melbourne, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

HIGHLY RECOMMEND this property!!!! Rooms are clean and crisp, the rooftop restaurant has great food. The location is great and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I hope to stay here again very soon!!

We stayed at Hotel Melby to start planning my nephews wedding. Very nice facilities, friendly staff, spacious rooms and their rooftop restaurant was delicious! Definitely would stay there again.

An interesting place to stay. More of an industrial vibe decor. Rooms are clean, beds comfortable, great shower , but reminds me of a concrete parking garage sparsely decorated. Only one comfortable chair and an office chair at the working table/ desk. Floors are the ever popular (fake wood) . Felt damp on bare feet at night. The air conditioning was working well but very noisy at night. The good news was the great roof top bar & restaraunt. I can see why a lot of people like the Melby. It is well suited for business trips in downtown Melbourne.

Small room! Average quality. Paid garage inside the building or close free garage. Nice landing rooftop restaurant with nice bar! Nice view, convenient location.

We loved our stay at the Melby! Thanks to the VIP team who made our visit memorable! From the valet, to the behind the scenes housekeeping, towards the front desk reception, up to the weight room and of course to the roof top Landing, this experience was a Hilton “All Stars” priceless moment! 🌟🌟🌟

Hotel stay made special because of staff. Amy at nights, Lorin and Destiny at checkout and Nathan at night .

Friendly staff, safe location and premises. Bring earplugs in case the train is audible from your room, though. Parking is very limited.

This Hilton is going with a new theme and I quite like it. Rooftop bar gives you a view all the way to the ocean and the service in the rooms are absolutely what I expect from Hilton but have not seen in many years. If you get a chance try them out!
