Hôtel Marriott

It's OK - it's a convention hotel so it gets heavy usage but on the other hand, room was clean, staff are helpful. TV was a pain but that happens sometimes - not a Marriott issue so much as just tech woes. Will stay again

Nice location, good gym. The breakfast is not open to the general guests, you need to be a status member to be able to enter. I’ve never encountered this at any Marriott before and it’s pretty crazy that they wouldn’t include it with the price of the room like most other locations. This is coming from someone who travels for work and stays in Marriotts all over the country and I still was not considered in status to be able to enter.

Very pleasant surprise! At first, I was concerned with the condition of the hallways and elevators that lead to our designated room. They seemed worn and outdated. The hallways, it was like someone had punched each lamp shade in but when we got to our room, it was nice and clean. Which was a relief! Updated fixtures with hard wood floors, nice bathroom, and clean beds. The room was nicely cleaned. The M Lounge was excellent as well! Also, this hotel was a very quick 1 to 2 minutes walk to the Benton Convention Center. Very convenient and accessible. Highly recommended if you are staying in this area.

BUGS all over the bathroom. I counted 10-15 roaches. Didn’t go near the bed. Reading the reviews now, I see reports of BED BUGS. Glad I lost a night of sleep by sitting in the lobby with my luggage until morning. The staff almost seemed used to it. Very much a hotel that companies book for conferences. When you’re given a free room, you don’t look up the reviews. Nothing in life is free :) Research

Had a great stay! The customer service was top tier, the rooms were clean and the location was perfect!!

This is in the prime location for events and visiting down town. The room I stayed in was so so. I would not say it is up to standard at all. I was here on a business trip. I was shocked that for the price and amenities your room looks like this. I would consider other places. The bathroom is big and roomy.

I booked a room through Priceline for a room. I put in the date I needed the room for, but I reviewed the itinerary it had a different date which was for the same date i booked the room. I tried to cancel the booking through Priceline, but they would not honor the correction for the booking. I spoke with at least 3 different reps. They told me to contact the hotel to see if they would correct the error. So, I did just that. The rep had me to create a case file with the hotel. They told me they would get back to me with the result. They never did. I called the hotel again and spoke with a rep. She lied and said the hotel had emailed me the result of the review which was a denial and that i needed to get back in contact with Priceline. I let her know that no one from the Marriott Hotel ever emailed me. I thoroughly went through my emails including spam to verify that it was not sent to me. The rep hung up on me. I don't understand why it would be denied because it was nothing i had done to result in them not refunding my money or giving me a room for the date I needed. So, they took my money with no resolve. These companies feel as though they can do anything with people's money. It's horrible..
