Miami isn't a huge sauna city, not like some spots in Europe. But there are places to go in town, and more if you don't mind a 45-minute drive (traffic depending) up to Fort Lauderdale. Their scene is bigger.
What to expect
The saunas here run like most others. You pay to get in, which covers the steam room, dry sauna, showers, and common areas. A locker is usually $20-30. If you want a private room or cabin, that's more—figure $30-45, depending on the day and time. Weekday afternoons and weekend nights are busiest. There's no time limit.
Miami's body-conscious culture shows up here. People often hit the gym, and it means the sauna crowd tends to be in good shape. Not unique to Miami, but it's more noticeable than in some other cities.
Fort Lauderdale
Fort Lauderdale has a better-known sauna scene. It's mostly in Wilton Manors, the gay neighborhood just north of downtown. If you're heading up to see the gay area there, it's easy to add a sauna visit. The venues in Fort Lauderdale are usually bigger and more established than Miami's.

Practical notes
Bring ID. Most places in South Florida will check it at the door, no matter how old you look. Towels come with the entry fee at all proper venues. You can get condoms and lube from dispensers or buy them at reception. Some places ask you to leave your phone in a locker.
Entry prices are generally $20-35, similar to other US cities. The facilities aren't all equal, so quality varies.
