Great stay, clean rooms and helpful staff.

Worst hotel ever in the world in my life. Hospitality around zero. - arrived at 9pm, after 14 hours traveling. 15 minutes waiting at the reception, because both receptionists were stuck with one single customer - almost skipped dinner because the restaurant closes at 9:30pm. Hamburger not cheap, but you cannot have both mayo and ketchup - raining: they rent an umbrella at 3euro per day - third night, raining, restaurant closed for a private event, despite half of tables were available, no other restaurants available nearby - they do not make the room. Even simply making the bed or basic cleaning Seemed to be back in the middle age or some third world country, definitely not in the EU, especially considering the high prices like other European capital

New but bare rooms, without even a shower cap or slippers. The restaurant is closed to outside reservations without prior notice, and there are no alternatives.

A fantastic hotel in every sense. The location is excellent, right by the harbor and close to the old town. The breakfast was also very varied.

Nice, clean & big room. The only issue we had was with light as it was merged in a weird way - we had to turn off all lights fully to leave the bathroom light turned off as well. Good location, close to the airport and old town. Great solution with renting umbrellas!

Very convenient if you arrive on a cruise and to visit the old city
