Jimmy's è il bar del villaggio che le guide tendono a trascurare e i clienti abituali si rifiutano di abbandonare: un piccolo locale a gestione spagnola in Carrer d'Alacant dove il proprietario Jimmy versa personalmente i drink, i prezzi restano bassi e stuzzichini gratuiti e qualche shot appaiono senza che vengano chiesti. Si apre prima della maggior parte dei locali sulla strada principale, il che lo rende la prima tappa naturale: un drink tranquillo e una chiacchierata prima che la strada si animi. La clientela è più adulta e rilassata rispetto ai locali notturni, con molti residenti di lunga data tra i volti. Come contrappeso ai DJ e al drag che lo circondano, Jimmy's ricorda che la scena di Benidorm è nata da piccoli bar spagnoli come questo, e che ancora oggi fanno al meglio le cose semplici.

Absolutely delightful. Jimmy is simply charming. They're not just customers, they're friends he treats with such care and affection. Whenever I go to Benidorm, it's a place I always visit. He never fails to offer a toast or sandwich with your drink (all at no extra cost). Could he be any more charming?

My friend and I ended up in Jimmy’s 13 hours after my pal had left his phone on a public street seat 4am! My pal wakes me up and tells me to call his phone, ( all the holiday information was on his phone EVERYTHING! The phone was answered 👍 and we tried to meet right away, but was told to go to Jimmys bar 7pm, after asking who we were talking to he said Jimmy ❤️ went at six got his phone whilst having a drink and Jimmy cooked us a fantastic hot dog! Small place but the host had the biggest heart!! Nice one pal I’ll be back.
