Trillium Health is Rochester's leading LGBTQ+ and HIV care provider — a federally qualified health center on Monroe Avenue offering affirming primary care, gender-affirming services, HIV prevention (including PrEP) and treatment, sexual-health care and pharmacy services on a sliding scale.
Beyond the clinic, Trillium is the organizer of the annual Rochester Pride Parade & Festival and operates the MOCHA Center, its long-running program for LGBTQ+ people of color. It functions as the practical backbone of queer community life in the Rochester region.

I called to set up appointments over the phone, and Natalie is just the sweetest person ever! I feel much more confident about my future at Trillium.
Mixed feelings because on one hand the turnover of PCPs was ridiculous, and in one case, they just canceled an appointment because someone left without scheduling me with the new one. On the other hand one of them set the stage for finding my cancer and probably saved my life.
I had my first meeting with Patrick they are doing gods work ' I don't mean to offend anyone " to help ppl that don't feel heard plus from strict backgrounds they got how I felt and can relate to me plus in my prime of coming out . Hands down I feel safe
