Today my husband and I went to celebrate our anniversary, and it was a terrible experience. From the very beginning, they didn't manage the reservation well, and they made us feel very uncomfortable while we waited. When we were finally seated, the person who served us, a young man with glasses and a beard, forgot that we had ordered an appetizer and had to take our entire order later. As a result, we didn't receive one of the dishes we ordered, nor the bread we requested, and to top it all off, the spaghetti di mare had a thick, dark hair in it among the seafood. Honestly, there are many restaurants with much better service and dishes that are a thousand times tastier. The only good thing was the view, as the place itself looks very run-down. The customer service is extremely poor.

The location is really good, and the rooms, from what I've heard, seem to be nice. But today, we went after calling to arrange lunch. The place looked elegant, but we looked, well, not so elegant, more like a tired Sunday. The man told us we couldn't eat there because there were too many of us, even though he'd told us earlier that morning that all six of us and a small child could go. It was a bad experience because we felt discriminated against by the way he treated us. This really ruins what people say about the place.

Terrible service from the host, completely unpleasant. He discriminated against us as soon as we walked in. I called to make a reservation and was told it wasn't necessary. When I arrived, this unpleasant man told us we couldn't enter and didn't even apologize for making me come and waste my time. The owners shouldn't have staff like that; apparently, mine isn't the first negative review.

I agree with the comments; there's a man at the entrance behind a reception desk who is extremely unpleasant, hostile, and arrogant. He barely greets you. I felt terrible; I thought he was discriminating against me or something. Then I realized he treats everyone like that. However, the experience inside was fantastic, no complaints whatsoever. The waiter (the one with the black hat and tattoos) served us very well, and the food was excellent as well. I would only suggest expanding the menu a bit, for example, offering children's options like Spanish omelet with salad or fried hake with salad, etc. I recommend the place, except for the receptionist. Next time I go, I'll be just as rude to him as he is to me. Best regards and thanks!

Excellent place, very pleasant atmosphere; it's definitely a must-see in Viña del Mar, a true heritage site that takes you back in time and pays homage to the region's naval history. The menu is excellent, with a good wine list and appetizers. The service is very good. Cleanliness is top-notch. The view while enjoying dinner is enviable; you can see the entire coastline at night, which is truly magical.

I went for dinner on a beautiful spring evening, as my table had a window overlooking the sea. The view was exquisite, the service wonderful, and both the food and drinks were excellent. Highly recommended for couples.
