Pullman Viña del Mar San Martín

Great service from Felipe, on the rooftop this afternoon

We stayed from October 11th to 15th and had a wonderful time both in Viña del Mar and at the hotel. I must highlight the friendliness of all the staff, their positive attitude, and the excellent service. We left very happy with our experience at the hotel.

The most remarkable thing is its location; you truly feel like you're in Viña del Mar in all its splendor. Step outside onto San Martín Street and you're surrounded by all the classic charm of this traditional Viña del Mar thoroughfare, and just steps away from the western district with all its culinary delights. The hotel has been remodeled with cozy rooms, good service, and comfortable facilities. Just keep in mind that parking is valet.

The mini-fridge only came with a couple of drinks and water, but other than that everything was fine.

Excellent service

We went to Chile for the first time, to Viña del Mar, and discovered this hotel where the food was beyond excellent, and we received premium service from Cristian and Laura, and from Pablo, the Colombian. All the wonderful experiences we had at the hotel will make us want to return soon! VERY GOOD, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

I was disappointed when I received the room; the sheets on one bed were stained and the duvet on the other was damaged. Although they replaced them, they put a stained duvet back on the other bed.

Good location but expensive for what it offers and the receptionists weren't very friendly

Good hotel, well located and good staff, very clean

A pleasant place with good service.
